These enchiladas were a surprise hit. We added extra cheese and served with Spanish rice and charro beans. My family really enjoyed these as a weekday meal.

They look good but were horrible. The taste was bland with a little kick of hot sauce. The chicken was mushy like baby food. The worst chicken enchiladas I've ever had! I threw the whole tray in the trash.

I was hoping I was going to get my enchiladas fix from these so gave them a try. I ate a couple and threw the pan away. Would not recommend. Won't repurchase these - yuck!

Tasty and filling. My wife and I enjoyed this so much the first time, we had to purchase this a second time. The cook time from frozen is short enough that you can start cooking when you get home from work and it is ready before you are starving.
