We really liked these! The Tapatio sauce brings just the right kick—spicy but not overwhelming—with tender chicken, melty cheese, and corn tortillas that hold up perfectly. Great flavor balance, reheats well, and satisfying portion. Our new favorite frozen enchilada—spicy enough to wake up your taste buds without burning! Highly recommend for a quick Tex-Mex fix. 🌮🔥

Very good portions and great quality. Easy to make in the oven comes in tin pan with lid which make clan up easy as well

Our entire family loved these! There's a little kick with the spice level but nothing a little sour cream can't handle - will buy again! Easy to make and very delicious!!

They where good but to salty for my taste

I like enchiladas so I had to try them. The "Med"ium heat rating is serious. So it isn't mild, but it won't melt your face off either. This is from a hot sauce brand product, and its flavor is good. My problem with the enchiladas is that the filling in the enchiladas did not strike me as meat. There was no fiber or texture that is typical of chicken meat. I would describe it as a paste. The amount of sauce was decent, but a bit shy. I hope this is helpful.

The outside tasted okay and that's where all the flavor was. the chicken on the inside had no flavor and it was a mushy texture. During the cooking process, there was supposed to be sauce to spoon over the enchiladas - never found it. In fact, the outer enchiladas were dry and only slightly covered in cheese.

The sauce is fine, but the chicken itself has a weird taste and the texture is like a worse mushier version of canned chicken. A very bad "mouth feel". I was also expecting them to be individually wrapped like most of Sam's Club's other frozen foods in that section, but that's on me. The box doesn't say that, so I shouldn't have assumed it.

Decent taste, but 8 small enchiladas for that price. No thanks
