Beautiful product at a really good price. The only real problem was putting the roof on by the directions which were to put the metal pieces on the frame and then put the whole thing on top. The contractor put the frame on and then added the individual pieces separately. It fit beautifully!

We have bought 3 of the gazebos however the size was 14x10. One was missing a couple parts but a call to customer service on a Sunday no less solved the problem. Everything was handled and had parts within 48 hours. We are waiting for our size to be back in stock. Definitely buying more and highly recommend the item.

Nice gazebo overall. Assembly was a bit difficult due to several pieces of wood being warped. This definitely made the roof being a hassle to put onto the structure. Overall it is aesthetically pleasing but be aware of the mentioned issue and difficulty.

Get ready to place on brackets and only 2 in box ( suppose to have 4). Have to drive 30 minutes to club and sale associate acts as tho we are lying. He commnets they dont have anymore in stock..there were 6 in stock when we purchased the day before. Get almost completed only leaving roof. The rafters are 2 inches to short!! 😡Mishap on assembly during packing from company. It now has to be taken all apart and reassembled whenever we can get correct parts!!😡 Awaiting now for company to call us back!! My advice is to check box and measure at the club before ever leaving!!

What a beautiful piece. This took my husband, son, and me about 15 hours to build. We ran into a couple spots where the pilot holes were wrong but figured out a work around no problem. The directions were easy. I highly recommend using the printed and online directions together for clarity (note online are numbered differently). We highly suggest laying out and organizing hardware bags in number order and organizing lumber by number. Do NOT take off roofing film without noting the part numbers. They go in a specific order. We didn't realize this and had to guess with our first couple. Also, two ladders and 4 sawhorses would be ideal. 3 people worked perfectly but having at least two tall, strong individuals made this totally doable.

We needed a gazebo for our new hot tub. and this fit the bill. I looks better on our patio than it did in the store. Our patio reall looks wonderful now. We had a team (the guys we hired to fo the cement work) put it together. It didn't take them all that long. We couldn't have done it ourselves. Delighted with the results.

This isn't really a DIY project, it comes in hundreds of pieces and you get six boxes. You can't just open box one and start building; you have to open five of the six boxes to even get started. Space was my biggest problem.

I just recently purchased this gazebo, and couldn't be more impressed with it. The two Guys that installed it did an awesome job. My outdoor living space is more enjoyable than ever

Beautiful! Good quality materials and everything fit together nicely. My husband and I were able to assemble by ourselves. Very pleased with our purchase!

Whatever you do please do not order online. It has been a nightmare to receive my product from the carrier. Still can't leave a review on the product because I have still not received it.
