I purchased this for our vacation lot in Wyoming, what I really liked is the craftsman ship of the material and they rate their gazebo to specification that exceed Wyoming winter weather. Instructions are easy to follow, written very well and the mobile app helps with any questions on on assembly by giving you a 3D visual.

Assembly required 4 people and took a 5 hours. We had never assembled one before. I'm very pleased with with quality of the gazebo. Some of the instructions can be confusing, careful reading helps I installed my on a concrete slab which made leveling, and squaring much easier. Highly recommend this product. Read instructions over carefully identifying all parts and laying them out first.

We love our Backyard gazebo, it is the center of our family and friends get together. We spend all day outside enjoying feeding the birds and squirrels who love the food placed out for them.

We could not be happier with our Gazebo. It is beautiful and well built. Plus it has allowed us to use our deck. I would highly recommend spending the money on one of these structure from Back Yard Discovery.

We bought this about a month ago and are loving it, I paid for the installation, well worth it (three men on two different days, driving from 4 hours away)

The product is great but it is just second to the great service that the staff offers

This is only a do it yourself project if you're familiar with reading and understanding instructions. My husband and friend wanted to put it together. It took two weeks for them to do it. I would have had it installed but they said they could. Too many pieces and if you're in your 70s definitely have it done.

Excellent product. Parts easily numbered. well packaged. Directions were great, but using the Bilt app made directions even more clear. It took 5 hours to open the packages and sort out boards and hardware. The inventory list in each box is helpful. Extra screws, nuts etc were provided. We did purchase heavier duty concrete anchors to use Beware that the blue plastic wrap took 2 people nearly 3 hours to peel off. Total build time for my son, with assistance from my husband was 12 hard hours (not including sorting and plastic removal.) The only step we differently was the roof. They had no available help to lift into place, so our son screwed the roof panels on from the top. He has quite a bit of building and ladder experience, and he's tall and flexible... it was no problem for him. We are very pleased! will be adding new furniture and lights soon.

We bought this for our new deck that we had built and love the shade, it provides. I will say it’s pretty labor-intensive, and I had 4 additional guys helping. All in all it took us about 8 or so hours working straight to finish. It’s very structurally sound and actually endured around 80 mile an hour winds a few weeks after we built it. The instructions are fairly easy but we did also utilize the app that makes things a bit clearer during setup. One note, when assembling the roof, make sure you are 100% square or else when you place them on the rafters the holes won’t line up correctly….. ask me how I know. All in all a very well built gazebo and I’m happy with the finished product.

Beautiful addition to our backyard but ordered and paid for a 12x14 and it measured 10.9x13.5…hummmm Also the grill cover was supposed to be 4x10 and it is 3.9x10.11. Hummmm. We are very thankful we paid to have Sam’s people put it together and they were wonderful. A lot of warped boards. Very surprised, Sam’ should be better than this or so we thought. Very disappointing about the sizing. Refund some?????
