My girlfriend got me this as a birthday present we got it all set up and I got to grill on it. It’s seasoned perfectly when applying all the avocado oil and then when cooking the potatoes, the steaks and the asparagus on it it cooked too perfection. 100% worth it and in my opinion looks way better than a Blackstone

The grill was fairly easy to assemble. I went with this grill bc it’s for all seasons as our grill will be outside for all them. No rust warranty. As our blackstone that we had for 8 years started to look pretty bad. So far we love it. It cooks for all seven of us. And it claimed it only needed to be seasoned once.

I bought the very first model that Nexgrill ever came out with and used it for four years or so, and have been nothing but happy! Upgraded and am super excited. Installation was easy and looks to be built very well! Can’t wait to see how it lasts over the years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very versatile. easy to assemble. took me a few hours. manual was a few pictures. all materials provided except propane tank and a screwdriver. easy to store comes with the cover up. cleaning does seem a lil difficult but not impossible. it’s pretty big. i can place all sorts of different foods on there. is pretty heavy. had fun installing it.

My parents got this for me for my birthday because they knew I’d been thinking about getting one for a little while. I’ve been able to use it a few times now, and so far I love it! Great griddle!!

Difficulty reaching the company support team for replacement of the grease shoot. It came broken, cheap wielding. I’ll have to DIY with gorilla tape, have not used the grill yet. Took me about 4-5 hours to assemble. Sam’s Club delivery was decent, be prepared to have another person help you. The driver was a female that opened the rear doors for me to get access.

was relatively wasy to put together, definitely need a hand for a couple larger pieces just to make sure didnt bend or twist. missing 1 piece number 19 other than that works good a lot more heat than my last griddle

Box was neatly packed, everything that was supposed to be in there was. Instructions were easy to understand and follow. Installation was a breeze. Took off the final star due to the grill handle on one side the hole is stripped out and will not hold the screw tight.

Something isn't right about the finish. large portion of the griddle looks unfinished. I sent pictures to customer service, they said that this is completely normal. they told me to season it and it will be fine. I had it mostly together when my wife said that the surface shouldn't look like that. I'm worried that even if it looks fine after seasoning that the performance will be affected. Not too happy with customer service.

Approximately 5 mins after I finished building it, a plate (which is actually welded to the bottom of griddle) broke off with the wheel. A replacement part is being sent, but I will have to disassemble most of grill since the legs and wheels were applied early on in the assembly process (which took 4 hours). The griddle also has patchy areas on it. It appears as if the NitroGuard finish was not applied evenly. The grill was also missing part %2318.
