My girlfriend got me this as a birthday present we got it all set up and I got to grill on it. It’s seasoned perfectly when applying all the avocado oil and then when cooking the potatoes, the steaks and the asparagus on it it cooked too perfection. 100% worth it and in my opinion looks way better than a Blackstone

Love this griddle! First ever griddle I own and this thing is a beast! Enjoyed a nice cooked breakfast after seasoning and super impressed with how the food turned out. Definitely would recommend to someone over a blackstone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This griddle rocks!! I had one from another brand years back, but this one is much nicer. It is a good size, has a really nice finish on the surface that nothing is sticking to. I love that it has a good amount if cabinet space and so much “counter space” on the sides. I was able to have all my fajita fixings close at hand. We have made an amazing breakfast scramble and some top notch steaks, too. Love it so much!

Box was neatly packed, everything that was supposed to be in there was. Instructions were easy to understand and follow. Installation was a breeze. Took off the final star due to the grill handle on one side the hole is stripped out and will not hold the screw tight.

Was easy on set up, only had 1 nut cert stripped and not a big fan of the loose hanging towel holder. But excited to use this summer.

Just put it together. Can't wait to try it out. Assembly was pretty easy. Have to call the company tomorrow because we were missing 1 piece to the whole grill ‘part 18' but it's not something I needed to wait for.

Finish on the griddle was not complete when purchased. Did not see until was put together. Not initially impressed with quality.

It came with four brackets to fit on the left side looking at it and only needed two. The right brackets are missing. A newer model and don't have replacement parts in the US yet. Not happy

Something isn't right about the finish. large portion of the griddle looks unfinished. I sent pictures to customer service, they said that this is completely normal. they told me to season it and it will be fine. I had it mostly together when my wife said that the surface shouldn't look like that. I'm worried that even if it looks fine after seasoning that the performance will be affected. Not too happy with customer service.

Almost finished setting up and was missing parts. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and then was hung up on. Ended up bringing it back to the store. Griddle may have been fine but not worth that hastle and poor customer service.
