Box was neatly packed, everything that was supposed to be in there was. Instructions were easy to understand and follow. Installation was a breeze. Took off the final star due to the grill handle on one side the hole is stripped out and will not hold the screw tight.

We just put our griddle together and it looks awesome other than there were two missing brackets that hold the shelves on. Hopefully customer service will remedy the missing parts quickly. Other than that we are excited to try it out. It seems like a very nice griddle!

Bought this as a Father’s Day gift for my husband. We built it together pretty quickly and are happy with the sturdiness of the grill and fixtures. He is excited to start using it!

Pro: Works perfectly. Food was delicious! The instructions were simple. Cons: It took a few hours to put it together myself. Missing the handle to the lid, battery was dead and a part that was supposed to be screwed in to the door.

Perfect griddle grill and easy to put together. Burners light easily and heats quickly. Will take a little time to season but overall working as advertised.

That process took awhile but I’m hoping it has a good nonstick coating now. It worked wonderfully for the steak and eggs breakfast my husband made for us. It heated up quickly and cooked both sides to the temperatures we were needing. The griddle size is nice and large. I’m super happy with this!

The cooking surface gives you so much room that you can cook an entire meal at once without waiting for space to open up. The burners heat up quickly and evenly, which makes a huge difference when you are cooking larger batches. The steel griddle top is heavy duty and high quality. It is build to last. It seasoned well, and delivers amazing results, especially for burgers, breakfast foods and veggies. The clean up is also easy, which is a huge plus for me. The assembly took some time, but the instructions were clear. This griddle is a big upgrade for our backyard and we hope to cook a lot of yummy foods and entertain our friends and family.

You should be done in about 3 hours and then enjoy your first on your new flattop griddle. Very sturdy and moves easily. The most appealing aspect is that there is no dripping through a grate like in traditional grill. Thing heats up fast and hot. I always dry completely and rub a light coating of oil on the grill. Make sure you get the corners. The weight was a little heavy to carry by yourself but somehow manage to get it dine. I would also recommend getting the grill tool kit if you don’t have it already. Best thing I have ever cooked on. It was worth the money and has multiple functions to be able to use it for . I would recommend .
