You should be done in about 3 hours and then enjoy your first on your new flattop griddle. Very sturdy and moves easily. The most appealing aspect is that there is no dripping through a grate like in traditional grill. Thing heats up fast and hot. I always dry completely and rub a light coating of oil on the grill. Make sure you get the corners. The weight was a little heavy to carry by yourself but somehow manage to get it dine. I would also recommend getting the grill tool kit if you don’t have it already. Best thing I have ever cooked on. It was worth the money and has multiple functions to be able to use it for . I would recommend .

The cooking surface gives you so much room that you can cook an entire meal at once without waiting for space to open up. The burners heat up quickly and evenly, which makes a huge difference when you are cooking larger batches. The steel griddle top is heavy duty and high quality. It is build to last. It seasoned well, and delivers amazing results, especially for burgers, breakfast foods and veggies. The clean up is also easy, which is a huge plus for me. The assembly took some time, but the instructions were clear. This griddle is a big upgrade for our backyard and we hope to cook a lot of yummy foods and entertain our friends and family.

The large cooking surface easily handles big meals, and the steel top feels durable and seasons quickly. Nice bonus that it comes with a custom cover too. Great option if you cook for a crowd. Assemble took around 2 hours, but the manual is pretty straightforward.

The size is perfect for a family gathering as it can hold many items at ones. I love how versatile it is and designed to be used for many things, like hot dogs & burgers, breakfast, seafood grilling, etc. the knobs easily control heat settings depending on food being cooked is amazing. This an amazing grill, very sturdy and good quality materials, a cover included for easy storing and protection of grill.

It is a good size, has a really nice finish on the surface that nothing is sticking to. I love that it has a good amount if cabinet space and so much “counter space” on the sides. I was able to have all my fajita fixings close at hand. We have made an amazing breakfast scramble and some top notch steaks, too. Love it so much!

We have family that comes and visits, it cooks a lot of meals for all a big crowd. I like the different burners so you can control the heat in different areas. Cleans up nicely and I like that it comes with a cover to protect it from the outside weather. We made yummy stir fry on it too and turned out delicious!
