Went together fairly easy. Did not have to tweek a thing it all fell into position easily. During seasoning it heated awesome!. Better than my black stone

Have cooked on it every single night since bought. Love this Griddle! Can I wait to cook on it some more! Brings the kitchen outdoors for cooking pleasure and enjoyment for the whole family!

Love this griddle! First ever griddle I own and this thing is a beast! Enjoyed a nice cooked breakfast after seasoning and super impressed with how the food turned out. Definitely would recommend to someone over a blackstone

It came with four brackets to fit on the left side looking at it and only needed two. The right brackets are missing. A newer model and don’t have replacement parts in the US yet. Not happy

Almost finished setting up and was missing parts. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and then was hung up on. Ended up bringing it back to the store. Griddle may have been fine but not worth that hastle and poor customer service.

Discolored griddle—. Hi. I just assembled and am excited to use but there is discoloration on the griddle. Can you explain that please. It is right out of the box.

Just put it together. Can’t wait to try it out. Assembly was pretty easy. Have to call the company tomorrow because we were missing 1 piece to the whole grill ‘part 18’ but it’s not something I needed to wait for.

Easy to assemble although it takes a few hours. Instructions great. Very sturdy. 5 burners allows plenty of cooking space during big cookouts

I haven’t used the griddle yet but putting it together was not bad with one other person helping. Looks great and easy to use.

The griddle was difficult to put together. Directions are lacking, missing parts. Overall so far nice product.
