I TRIED TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD INFO TO PAY YOU TO eFILE MY STATE RETURN BUT YOUR CREDIT CARD WINDOW DID NOT ALLOW ME TO SELECT EXPIRATION MONTH OF "OCTOBER". THE EXPIRATION MONTH SELECTIONS ONLY WENT AS FAR AS "SEPTEMBER" AND I WAS UNABLE TO ENLARGE THE WINDOW TO BE ABLE TO SELECT "OCTOBER". I AM NOT GETTING A FEDERAL REFUND SO THAT IS NOT AND OPTION TO PAY YOUTO eFILE MY STATE RETURN.

I appreciate this product because it guides me through my taxes step by step, often offering helpful information that enhances my understanding of the process. However, I believe the information regarding Arizona state taxes needs to be more detailed. At times, I found myself having to guess or search for information outside of the product. Please consider updating the state tax section to provide more comprehensive information, similar to what is offered for federal taxes.

1. Several times my use of TurboTax Deluxe was interrupted with ads to pay more to get the features of TurboTax Premium. This is an annoying distraction. 2. At the completion of my Federal and State tax return preparation, I see that I must pay an additional Premium Service of $45 to have my FEDERAL tax filed. It would have been a better business ethic to make the change in cost for the 2025 Tax software known to the purchaser before that person purchased the product.

TurboTax is easy to use. Its direct, easy language, easy to understand what information they're looking for, they go over everything several times if that's comfortable for you, and you can pause any time you wish and you can feel assured everything will return without any problems. The best! Never had any problems using this program.

Too many "pop up" adds "nickel & dimeing" me for additional purchases. Windows version has a feature where a "refund" window always shows you how much you will be getting back ... what ever you are doing. The Mac version has this window in the "Ez step" mode ... but the "refund" window disappears when selecting "Forms" icon. I have to toggle back and forth to know what effect entering and/or changing data has on my "refund".

Your new user interface is totally unacceptable. I will never use Turbotax again unless you go back to the old user interface. You caused me about an additional 10 days to get the data manually into the forms with some belief that the data was somewhat accurate. I'm still not 100% sure. You turned an exceptionally good product into something that is terrible at best. I don't understand why you did such a stupid thing.

I was very disappointed to find that the It's Deductible feature was removed for 2025. It was a simple easy feature that made it easy to value donations of goods. I also continue to be disappointed that they charge for state electronic filings even after we've paid for the state tax software. Just include the cost in the price of the software and make filing free. It's hiding the true cost of the product and it's disingenuous.

The software was only available for download online, no CD for desktop. My computer is Windows 10, TurboTax software required Windows 11, forcing me to purchase a new computer. Didn't expect doing my taxes would be that expensive but I didn't have much choice if I wanted the dependability of TurboTax.

I have used Turbo Tax or over 15 years, and they just seem to be getting worse. First, they no longer have the running tabulation of what is due or will be returned on the top banner. Second, the "convenience charge" for asking to pay with your credit card is beyond absurd and illogical. If someone owes 1000, at your rate of 2.49%, they would be paying $31 to file. Considering most cards only GIVE 1 or 2%, it would actually be a loss. Finally, while there IS fine print, still trying to advertise "Free State" without the filing (an additional $25), is another example of being deceptive and trying to gouge customers at every turn. So MAJORLY disappointed after all these years.

I have been using TurboTax for decades and I love that it has so many ways to check your return and lead you in the right direction. It has updates that will keep all the newest tax regulations that would be impossible to do on your own. I do wish there was a better way to download the software each year and it was a better price for loyalty.
