Turbo Tax 2026 is a Pain. You go through input all the house and personal data, None of which was pulled from the 2025 TurboTax on the same computer. You go thru all the gyrations of inputs on medical, interest paid, etc and ultimately, the Standard Deduction is now high enough that all the work of inputs was a waste of time. Very disappointed I had to re-enter all personal history and data. A Pain.

10.00 in Product Credit, does not exsist, No Shock with Turbo Tax
State E Filing still cost extra.
Still too many request for Extra Product offers, as if what they offer is never good enough.

Quality All Around

The product is good. Sam's club not so much. When you use scan and go and buy this product,  unless you go to an associate  and turn in the card you are going to go home with nothing. Something needs to be fixed in purchaseing this product using scan and go.

A total rip off. Never could use and Turbo Tax wanted an additional 200.00 to process return. Deluxe offered 5 family members to use the Turbo Tax Deluxe we purchased at SAM's Club. None of us could use code provided. SAM's would not accept return. My family is done with Turbo Tax!  Don't buy!!!!!

TOTAL RIP OFF!

Intuit has gotten greedy without informing the customers.  

I volunteer for friends and family to do their taxes for them.  It is a gift to them from me.   Now Intuit decided to charge not just for the tax program, but for every return I generate.  Very disappointing.

No i am never again recommending Intuit tax programs.   Thankfully income taxes are soon a thing of the past

No longer a simple tax program

This Turbo Tax is the worst yet.  I have used it since it came out, but it kept going from this to the online version.  I could not stop it.  I finally gave up, & in addition to paying $50.00 for this one, I paid $119 to use the online version.  Finally got it done, but probably last time I will use TurboTax.

Ridiculous..!!.. I Asked For The Physical Disc But Received A Download Product.   By The Time I Opened The Package And Realized It Wasn't A Physical Disc It Was Too Late For A Return..!!..

I couldn't delete income for 1099R. I just retired and have military and SSI retirement income that was entered wrong. I deleted the line three times only to find it back again. I have used Turbo Tax for over 5 years only to see it get worse each year. Time to switch to something else.

Yes this year is worse than last year!

Beware of purchase TurboTax at Sam’s Club.  Went on Friday evening, picked up a turbo tax from the stand near the check out, and purchased with scan and go.  I needed to do my taxes that weekend, and this was the weekend we had a snow storm, so everything was shut down beginning on Saturday.  Sunday I go to install the software and apparently the cashier was supposed to send a code to my email for downloading the software.  Well this didn’t happen because I used scan and go.  I spent 2 hours on their customer support line to try to get the access code emailed to me, they could see it was paid for, but their email never came thru.  I asked for a refund but was told, no, it was not allowed per policy.  Given that I had to do my taxes that weekend, I ended up buying another license from Intuit directly.  This all stemmed from purchasing this as scan and go, and Sam’s not having this show as an error.  They did nothing to make this right…..especially after spending so long on their customer support line.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND SAMS CLUB.  Normally they are wonderful w customer service, but in this case, totally left me out to dry.  Terrible!!

Sam’s flaw with TurboTax purchase

Works as adertised but appears more complicated each year. Intuit has also added a fat filing fee of up to $60. We plan to try another tax filing option next tax year.
