I have relied on Turbo Tax for years, and find it very easy to use, exceptionally intuitive, guiding me through the entire process. Then, at the end, auto e-filing my taxes is the wonderful icing on the cake, as i only need to provide minimal info, most of which carries over from previous years. Kudos TurboTax!!!

I have used turbotax for decades, and always bought either the premier or the deluxe version. I loved it because it was very convenient. This year again I purchased the deuxe edition with free federal and state return. Only to find out, when I was ready to file, it asked me to pay additional $25 for state filing. I never had to pay additional until this year! It is very deceiving and false advertising when you purchase the software thinking you are getting free efile

I am disappointed by Turbo Tax for charging a fee to e-file after the I already paid for Turbo Tax Deluxe to file taxes. It is less of a hassle to go directly to the IRS.Gov site and file for free. I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I will not be doing so for the 2026 tax filing process.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years, it was always very easy and straight forward. many explanations, help tips, etc. this year there was an option to pay $60 for live tax expert instead. the GUI was so cumbersome and unhelpful, it was frustrating. I was not about to pay for a customer service experience that would have left me just as frustrated. Previous years were, the GUI was very polished, and easy to understand. There were very few mistakes made that I had to go back and correct. this year was so full of bugs, causing me to constantly go back and try to figure out what was wrong. This year took me over 6 hours to get me through something that would take me Barely 2 on a rough year. I can see the direction this product is taking, and I will not be using any more. I will be looking for a different option next year. Accuracy, Features, Guidance, and interface all were frustrating, cumbersome, and very user unfriendly this year. You need to do better.

I have used TurboTax for years. Have found it easy to prepare tax returns. The reason I left off a star is because states that I live in a state no income tax and I have to answer about 6 questions saying that I don't want to work on my state return AFTER TurboTax tells me that my state does not have an income tax.

I finished my return and could not e-file because in the first section of the Federal Carryover Worksheet I could not enter the State/Local ID. No matter what I tried I kept getting the error message and the program would not allow me to enter the information. I am a long time Turbo Tax user and never had such a frustrating problem before. I also paid the fee to file my state return and I am unable to file. I tried your help chat but they wanted another $5 to fix the problem with your software.

I have been using TurboTax for decades and I love that it has so many ways to check your return and lead you in the right direction. It has updates that will keep all the newest tax regulations that would be impossible to do on your own. I do wish there was a better way to download the software each year and it was a better price for loyalty.

I spent $80.00 on software for 2022 only to discover AFTER the purchase that I could not take advantage of the e-filing option. When speaking to a representative I was informed that I paid the $80.00 for the software to do my taxes for me... I already had them done, I just wanted to file them electronically and was willing to pay the money to do so. Needless to say that was a waste of $80.00 and I will no longer be using this software... ever again.

Tells you can E File 5 I only use 3 and 1 was rejected when I did my last one said I reach my limits of 5 so I guess now they count even the number of rejections. I you try again takes 1 and again counts as 1. Never had happen before i will stay away from Trubo Tax after 20 plus years.

Did not appreciate not being able to use windows 10 lucky for us we had to replace our laptop our desktop is windows 10 which we always used for our taxes with turbo tax...... with so many folks still using windows 10 was surprised to see it could not be used........
