I have used Turbotax for many years and each year I am confident that my returns will be completed and submitted correctly. I appreciate the "walk through" feature which allows Turbotax to interact with my entries as I enter them. Turbotax is compatible with my laptop and interfaces well with the programs on my unit.

I wish you would fix the problem with BUTTONS. Not everyone uses a computer with a Large monitor. I use a laptop with a 13 inch screen and am forced to change the display resolution MULTIPLE times in order to continue.This problem has been there for multiple years. Please FIX IT.

Frustrating - I have no interest in changes to my interface with program other than those required by tax rules. For some reason I was able to get to review w/o inputting my bank info but worse when filing a new fee of $40 appeared and made your program fee look like a lie. It left a bad feeling of being ripped off at end. Yikes!

Turbotax 2025 failed to import turbotax 2024 from my jump drive. This is the first year that it failed to do it! It is clumsy using the "back" key. You need to provide a bookmark before going back, and then to automatically redo any calculations caused by going back. It is tedious to click each page to return to the bookmark point.

Seems like there were more bugs/glitches this year - or maybe just ones that applied to me. Got a few error messages and situations like TT suddenly quitting, but was finally able to file. With the Energy Credits, TT forced some entries that I didn't think applied to me but resulted in zero dollar impact so I just shrugged them off. Also, some of my Schwab 1099 data didn't transfer cleanly. It would be nice if you offered the option to partially edit exported information. I didn't want to undo the export just to fix one entry.

The imports from financial institutions all failed. Received "Success" message but no data downloaded. Tried to enter the data manually, but no instructions could be found on how to do it. After I learned how to do it by searching the TurboTax user community, I found it very clumsy - too many steps for each entry. I have used Turbo Tax for many years, this year's (2025) version is very disappointing.

Issue with Turbo Tax on Mac computer. Over an hour with Support Person. Nothing she had me try fixed the problem. I had to uninstall & reinstall, DENY (3x) on the Keychain Password screen. Spent 4 days on what should have been a one day job! The first 2 days TT would no save my info!

Overall - OK experience. I was disappointed in having to wait so long into 2026 for the 1099 section to be available. Federal review did not flag that I had not input 1095A information. I expect the program to know/be able to see that I had form 1095A the previous tax year. I expect the program to flag me to be sure to enter in the new tax year, if the program sees that the form is missing during the review process. Often after applying the required updates, and I select to Continue using the program, it does not restart and take me to the main screen/page.

Easy to walk through and understand. Good job in pulling information. Main complaint is I spent extra money to get e Deluxe with State version and then had to pay to eFile my state taxes. This is not explained in any of the pre-purchase information. Next year I will definitely look to use a different service.

I have been a solid Turbo Tax user for many years, I found this year's preparation to be more challenging than in past years. My tax situation has changed significantly this year as did tax law. None-the-less I did not find this year's software to be as "uncomplicated' as in the past. This year I was not confidant when I filed. Some steps lacked information and/or instruction and made me feel very uninformed.
