OMG. I AM LACKING A BETTER DESCRIPTIVE EXPERIENCE WITH MY ADVISOR. I AM NOT SURE IF I SHOULD OR CAN DISCLOSE HER NAME EXCEPT TO SAY THAT SHE WAS POSITIVELY AWESOME!!! OH BOY - NOT ONLY DID SHE DRILL ME THROUGH THE PREPARATION PROCESS TO DETERMINE MY ERRORS BUT SHE WAS VERY PATIENCE WITH MY MISUNDERSTANDING AND I ENDED MY SESSION BETTER SATISFIED THAT SHE GENUINELY CARE AND WANTED TO ASSIST.

I am not happy with Turbo Tax this year. The program is only available for download. I live in a rural area of Virginia that does not have high speed internet is only available with HughsNet ()which is a joke). Also I had to purchase a new computer and pay to have it installed. I'm 81 and this experience with Turbo Tax has me considering looking elsewhere next year. I have used Turbo Tax for over 30 years (every year) and you may loose a customer!!!!

I've been using Turbo Tax Deluxe edition for many years. There is still an outstanding problem when you install the software on an external drive as I do every year to keep my tax information separate. I alter the installation path name and install successfully. The import function then finds my info from last year's return and works great. When I go to save my new return thought the path hasn't changed to this year's installation loction on the drive. I always find out when I'm ready to file. Unacceptable by now!

The fact that I could not automatically download my W2 was huge miss. I had to input everything manually. Also, in the home mortage tax section why is the box number not show. the hint explains this but I shouldn't need to go there for an explanation.

Always have a great experience with TurboTax. Fast accurate, consistent and understandable. Very compatible with my hardware and software. Easy to use especially since it has features familiar to me every year. The help features are there when needed.

I filed my taxes on someone else's computer (thanks to your software's incompatibility with Windows 10) and would like to have a copy on my own computer and the ability to print it at my office, however there is no way for me to send a secure copy thru email. Would have cost me twice as much to do online. :( Overall easy to work with. Your screen shows "employer contribution' to HSA and I think this should be 'employee/employer contribution'. Had a couple of instances where we couldn't go back.

IRS gave me a IP Pin. TurboTax did not highlight that people who have it must enter it or their return will be REJECTED. AND its tutorial on how to find that line item was confusing. Consequently, it took me 3 tries to finally figure out that the IP Pin was approx. 3 lines from the bottom of the form.

I have used TurboTax (and its predecessor, MacinTax) since the 1980's. Only 1 year, several years ago, did I try competitors product -- which did not meet to my satisfaction, so I bought TurboTax in addtion that year and have never regretted it... though, this year, there were several problems with the accuracy and features. For example, when showing a summary of this year and last year's income data, there are several (at least 3 of them, which I reported) that would show that a previously unavailable feature was now available. After completing that data, it typically would then show the current year's data. However, there is a bug in the system where it still displays the feature now available. The other problem was encountered with the error checker. If flagged lines 11 and 13 of the Home Sale Worksheet as mising a checkmark. The question only applies when a spouse is involved. This was for my father's taxes. My father passed away this last year and my mother had passed the year before, so he was properly identified as Single (I have not reported this problem). But this has been the "buggiest" year I've seen in a long time from you folks... Very disappointed!

2025 version of Turbo Tax was incomplete, having to manually enter some information by forms. The UI was very inconsistent compared to previous years. For example graphics displayed implied you could click, however, you had to scroll down to click Continue. UI varied between sections sometimes displaying a pencil image for editing and other times and Edit box. Some boxes showed Revisit and after going in to the section the prompt did not change, implying you had to revisit again.

The last couple of years (at least for TT2024 and TT2025. I have had trouble signing into my account and also efiling my return. The program itself is great and I have used it for many years (nearly 20). I don't plan on switching, but you should do a better job.
