Didn't have to cap off ice in the two days, perfect size for a few days of snacks & drinks. Very durable, great locking mechanism, and it can turn into a water cooler as well for all types of adventures. Perfect road trip size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great water cooler! Features I love: The square shape. This makes for easy packing and storing. The attached lid. No losing it or dropping it in the dirt on refill! It also secures tightly and easily and has a great seal. The water spout. No leaks and is also removable for easy cleaning. Ice retention. We had the cooler filled for approximately 6 hours and had lost very little ice volume. Features I don't love: Rope handles. I feel that they make the cooler more difficult to pick up and less sturdy to carry around vs solid handles. Definitely not a deal breaker though! It could also be used as a little day lunch cooler and is a great size for that. Overall, very happy with the product!

I'm a sucker for a cooler that keeps my drinks ice cold, so when Lifetime asked if I wanted to test it out, I jumped. Not only does it keep beverages cold, but it can also be turned into a water jug with the detachable spigot. I've used it both ways and absolutely love it!

I have used several other (high-end) coolers and this Lifetime cooler works as well. I was not a fan of the spicket as much as some other units with a recessed spicket. I learned to keep anything from pressing against the spicket button to keep from releasing water when transporting. The two handles is good if you are only carrying the cooler. I think it would be nice if there was a single handle so you can carry it with just one hand. These are my wishlist of features, but I am overall very happy with this water cooler. And for the price, there is nothing that can compare to it!

I keep mine in the back of the truck at all times filled with good drinking water and ready to keep my family hydrated whether we're working or playing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the lifetime 5-gallon water cooler from Lifetime Products as a tester. This cooler is perfect for our outdoor activities. Whether it be doing yard work or going to an amusement park. The handles are strong and long enough for two people to carry the cooler side by side. The water stayed cool and fresh in the 80+ degree temperatures. The spigot for water is easy to use and well designed. We also love that we can change the spigot out for a plug to use this as a drink cooler when we don't want to take water with us. We are excited to have this for our summer beach and camping trips this year. Thank you Lifetime Products. We are excited to have this product for years to come.

We've tested out the ice retention and it was able to hold ice for 5 days with only a bit of melting. We love the handles as our favorite feature to keep your knuckles from hitting the sides. All around a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won the opportunity to try out this product and was not sorry I did. This 5 gallon water cooler was an excellent little cooler. It has a great capacity to hold plenty of ice and water and stayed cold the entire time we used it at a baseball function. The handles were durable and made carrying the full cooler very easy. My son and his friends also stuck a few warm Gatorades in the cooler with the ice and water and they cooled down and were easy to acces from the cooler. The drinking water stayed cool and the ice lasted the entire tournament day, so the boys had access to water and could fill water bottles whenever they needed it. We also liked that you could use the stopper from other Lifetime cooler products to convert it into a smaller cooler and could see doing this when we go camping and don't need the water spiget feature. Overall, this Lifetime prodcuct did not disappoint and I could see many uses for our family over the years from sporting evetns, to family outings, and my son wants to take it on the job sites he works at in construction during the hot summer months and needs water. We were able to fit a bag of crushed ice in it and the ice last about 4 days in the shade it was average 70 degree weather. We definitely will be using this all summer for our camping trips and outside house projects to keep cool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I am a huge fan of Lifetime products. Their customer service and quality have always been stellar. This cooler is no exception! We used this cooler for a family party and mixed some juice in it for the kids. I wasn't worried about the juice leaking even with the kids getting it themselves. I wasn't worried about the juice going moldy in the spout since the spout is removable to be able to wash. I liked the way the cooler clips together to keep your drinks cold. I was worried about the flow of water since the cooler seals so tight to keep the drinks cold, but we haven't had that problem. My husband has now been using it to take to work to refill reusable water bottles instead of buying plastic water bottles. The water stays cold for days, even with very little ice. I love the size, its shorter and square, so it feels more stable to ride in my car with the water or juice in it. The locking lid helps with that security too! I would recommend this cooler we have found we have already saved money (and cooler space) not needing to buy waterbottles. This is our go to cooler!
