This is my third Lifetime cooler purchase and what a great product for the money. The coolers continue to be top quality that competes with the top brand expensive molded coolers. I had a problem with the 5 gallon water cooler valve sticking shortly after purchase. But that turned out not to be a problem at all . It took one quick phone call to customer service and a replacement valve was sent out the same week. Replaced it according to the instructions with no problem. Thanks for a trouble free warranty and customer service.

I bought this cooler 3 weeks ago, held ice and water great for a camping trip in Zion National Park in 105 degree weather. I had an issue with the spigot on my second trip out, called lifetime to place a warranty claim and was send a new spigot in only a couple days. Great customer service, and a great product.

This was purchased to use for parties to keep our drinks cold and it works great! We were going on a road trip from Utah to West Virginia and didn't have a ton of extra room so we used this as a cooler to keep our food cold. It took us 2 1/2 days to get there and we never had to replace the ice. We were so happy with the performance of this cooler. When we got to our destination the new neighbor saw our cooler and thought it was the "coolest" thing. We ordered them the same water cooler and had it delivered. They use it every day and keep it on the back porch with iced tea. This hold a lot of drink and makes it easy for their kids. We have made friends for life. Thanks Lifetime

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a couple months ago and have taken it camping multiple times. The shape makes it super easy to pack with all our other gear. Hold ice for ice water WAY longer than I expected (a couple days) even in warmer temps. Had a small issue with the spigot and customer service shipped a new one out immediately. If your looking and are an outdoors person this is definitely worth the money!
