Machine operates normal but two small plastic pieces broke from inside de tank and came out in mine and my son’s drink. Thankfully we didn’t swallow them but I haven’t had this machine for more than two weeks and it’s really disappointing to see it braking apart already.

I would give no stars but its not an option! I used the machine once. I went to use it a second time and it didn't work. The window for return ended only 18 days ago. I did all the "troubleshooting" with no success. I have another slushie machine from a different manufacturer that I bought before this one, which now I consider that one to be superior to your product. I transfered the mixture into the other machine and it worked perfectly! That manufacturer also provided an extra 2 year warranty for free!

Just received and started using our new Iceman slush machine. Seems easy to operate and make slushes very quickly. Not too bad to clean. Only issue is that it makes a loud squeaking noise when turned on and turning. Very annoying even from another room so not sure if we are going to be okay with that or not.

We have only used the machine one time and are unhappy with the results. We did a slushy and it was not getting very thick even after waiting and adjusting the thickness. Hoping to return the machine, it was a gift and we don’t have the original receipt.

Right or if the box it looks very fancy and well put together. It's quiet as I'm in cleaning mode now, my only issue is there's no instructions on how long to set it on clean mode or how long it's going to take to clean, only that it will beep when it's complete. I will test it out tomorrow I'm slushy mode.

I always wanted one of these after a brain aneurysm left me with a jaw injury that meant a lot of ice/cold press therapy. These always looked like they'd wind up being leaking sticky messes so I stuck with shaved ice and ramming popsicles into the spot. After having so much success with your Obliterator Blender that gave me confidence in your designs, I fired up my new Slush Ease MAX today. My results were outstanding. The combination of perfect consistency and merely a drop into both drip trays clearly showed that you folks know what you are doing. The clean up was easy. The only drawback to any of this is the physics involved. The requirement for so much sugar content is not ideal. I am an engineer that appreciates great design. This product adds to the list of your outstanding designs.

This cools the drink fast. Our slushes were ready in about 20 minutes. It’s not hard to clean. The kids are having fun making up and trying new flavors they created. Slushy on the highest coolness is soft serve when you use the right ingredients. Love this appliance

Only used it once so far. Was a b-day gift for my daughter- a slushy lover as soon as she learned how to drink from a straw! I chose this machine d/t the wide range of beverage options and the fact that no ice is involved. She cannot tolerate the loud ice-grinding sounds of snowball machines, and its flavors are so limited.Not to mention regular bevs arent concentrated enough to use with snowball ice. With this machine i can make her slushies from fav sodas, juices, plus make coffee frappes for us! We havent even thought about all the alcoholic drinks we can make now- too busy thinking about what beverages would make awesome slushies!!

We enjoy our slush maker and it is a hit at summer parties. We have not used the replacement maker yet but did notice when taking it apart to wash the washable parts that the handle that locks the container on will not stay up when removing the container. Not a mechanical issue just a minor inconvenience.

I use it for the first time yesterday when it came, but it doesn’t seem like it’s getting thick enough to me the slushy. It’s like the slushy is really thin is there a way to thicken it up maybe I need that ninja one should it be getting thicker what is the problem already? I just got it yesterday.
