Love this machine and easy clean up!!! Highly recommend!! We have a real margarita machine that is heavy and bulky. This little machine is amazing. Think protein shakes and kids drinks along with adult drinks too 😊

So far so good!! I have used it one time. The directions on cleaning the unit before first usage was confusing until I found the cleaning instructions and the cleaning cycle. The cleaning cycle is great!! The Slush-Ease makes great slushies in about 30 minutes!!

First day with the product, on our second batch of frozen cocktails, so cant provide long term experience. So far, however, I am impressed. Setup is easy. The machine is beautiful and the interface is excellent. Makes excellent drinks easily and with little fuss. Looking forward to owning this machine and exploring many interesting drink ideas.

Made the first batch of slushies and it worked out perfectly. Had to adjust for preferred thickness but the instructions were specific on how to do that. Cleanup was a breeze with the cleaning setting and also specific instructions on what to do. Quality is top notch and I don't rate the quality high on many things these days. Really nice work!

I love not but each time I have unlocked the tank to pull it off and empty any remaining slushy to clean it it pours all over the place. Do you have to drain all that’s left first??? Before you open it??? I’ve had a huge mess both times I tried to follow the directions. Thanks for your reply!!! Janice

I am not thrilled The Machine will be make my Slush ice only by first using. After 60 minutes. I try it again but my Slush ice was only a cool drink, no ice in it. The machine (the Coolingdrum) is out of Order! How can I get a new Slush Machine?

As stated, it's easy to clean. I have only used it once so far. I set it on the Frappe setting and used a mix I had bought for that purpose. I set it to the "thickest" setting and after the "Ready" light came on, the liquid was cold but still just a liquid! I moved the setting to "Shake" and it finally got some ice in the liquid like it was supposed to. Not sure if I was doing something wrong. I'll play with it more today.

Not sure yet. Tried it twice. Disappointed sugar had to be added for the slushy to freeze. Maybe that's just the chemistry of it, but I'd hoped for sugar-free drinks. Also, only very little alcohol can be used ir it wont freeze. Can add it after, but thats an extra step I hadnt anticipated. I do have to say the slushy tasted great and was nice and thick, matching the option I chose on the machine. I think i will like it once I figure out what liquids can / cant be used.

Very easy to use, happy that it had a slushy preset guide, thickness options, and, easy to clean. Only thing I wish is that the there was an XXL capacity and it didn’t take over an hour to get slushy. But definitely recommend. It was a hit in my house.

I bought it for our 4th of July pool party/birthday party for my grandkids. The adults loved the slushies just as much. We went through 3 batches with no problem with our crowd. I did experiment with the machine before the party just to make sure I understand how to pick the settings. Start with a warmer settings first, then gradually go colder. If you don't, then you will have to run a defrost cycle or use a soft straw to clear the dispenser if it becomes clogged.
