I’ve made both margaritas and frozen lemonades in this machine, and both were huge hits! The texture and taste were consistently great, and I received plenty of compliments on both drinks. The capacity is a little small for larger parties where lots of people are using it at once. However, serving smaller portions and keeping pre-batched mix ready to pour into the top makes it easy to refill. The next batch was ready in about 10–15 minutes, so it wasn’t a major issue. Cleanup was also a breeze! Following the recommended instructions and removing the major components made cleaning quick and easy. Overall, this is a great machine for parties and get-togethers. Just be prepared to keep extra mix on hand if you’re serving a larger crowd!

Great item! This machine will give an alert %26 pause if the combination is not right. I love this feature as it prevents itself from being damaged. It is truly the best kitchen tool ever!

I really like this machine! It can turn almost anything into a slushy! You have to make sure that the items that you use have enough sugar because it will turn to hard ice and freeze too soon if you’re not careful. Also I’ve learned that you have to lower the thickness on the preset to level 2 and build up to the thickness you want, never start out on level 4 or higher. I would definitely recommend this product for someone who loves to host or have a big family because it’s hard to make a one person amount, you usually have to put at least 20 oz. in the machine in order for it to work correctly, even though it says 16 oz. is the lowest amount. In my experience it will not work correctly at 16 oz. Also if you want to slush like a sports drink or any sodas you need to use the juice preset and lower it to level 2 and work your way up as previously mentioned. I’m still learning how to use this machine and I’m very excited and happy with my purchase!

So far so good it took me a couple of try’s before I got it to slush. if it won’t slush a couple of reasons to much sugar or alcohol. so add some water.

Great sale price. Good for slushies though takes almost 30 minutes to freeze, but not good for milkshakes. Milkshakes come out too airy and icy. Not recommended if you're primary focus is milkshakes.

Took awhile to get the freeze right on mudslides that had 12.5 % alcohol it says no problem until 16% but had to drain some mix and add water

This machine happened to be on sale, so I took a chance on it...despite being a huge Ninja supporter! I used this machine twice! On the 3rd time, lights started blinking. I tried restarting it, same thing. Looked in the manual and found that the lights were indicating that the motor was no longer working! Maybe a lesson for straying away from the Ninja products? ha. Anyways, buy with caution! My children are very disappointed!

Had on for over an hour and drinks NEVER GOT SLUSHIE. I returned to store after several uses but machine never turned liquids into slushies.
