The mats in front of our doors are the worst! They collect everything: pine needles, dog hair, dirt.. the whole yard is on them. This little vacuum is amazing! One swipe over and it slurps up everything! So easy to do a quick clean. I have used it daily and I love it! One of my favorite parts is the Furfinder attachment. It’s kind of gross when you see how much fur wasn’t getting picked up! The headlight is really bright and it’s great under furniture and cabinets. Another bonus is I don’t have a big corded vacuum sitting as decor in my living room for days because I know I will need it again. Wish I could upload a video to show how powerful it is! The whole family uses it. Not sure who started it, but we call it the magic wand and it really feels like it!

With a toddler and a dog that roams freely, I have been looking for something that actually works, and this delivered. It picked up everything from everyday dust to the sneaky pet hair that somehow finds its way into every corner. I tested the FurFinder tool in my son's room on his Nugget couch and carpet thinking it wouldn't be that bad…I was shocked at how much dog hair it pulled out. It definitely made a difference in my cleaning routine, especially for upholstery. The FurFinder Headlights were also a game changer. I had no idea how much hidden hair and debris was hanging out on my carpets, tile, and wood floors until I saw it all light up. It made such a difference, and I love knowing my floors are actually clean now! As for usability, this vacuum is super easy to maneuver, and the self-standing design is a huge plus. No more propping it awkwardly against furniture or laying it on the floor when I need to pause. The tangle-free brush roll is also a nice touch. I no longer have to fight with wrapped-up hair on the brush! My only small complaint is that I wish there were a button or lever to recline it instead of having to hold the bottom down with my foot and pull back on the handle. Not a dealbreaker at all, just a minor thing. Overall, this vacuum has been a solid addition to my cleaning routine, and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone dealing with pet hair or just life messes in general.

I love this vacuum!! You can choose the power level. Great for carpet and hard surfaces. It is lightweight but powerful. Its slim design goes where no other vacuum can go. Since getting this Bissel, I have vacuumed areas that have never even seen a vacuum before! And the fur finder? It really works!! On upholstery, on rugs and carpet, even on my bedspread. Without sucking up the fabric it gets the hair. I have two cats who have a lot of hair. It’s easy to empty the dirt canister and the attachments are easy to put on and off. It comes with a holder for the attachments. I am very impressed and happy with this vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been very pleased with the Furfinder. In addition to two small kids, we have two large dogs. They shed, and we vacuum daily. It’s a powerful suction and pulls the hair right in. We’ve been using it in the evening with the lights low, and the headlight feature has been great; we can vacuum with intention and confirm it’s gone. It’s sub stable in feel, but not heavy. The attachments are great for carpet and baseboards. We mostly have hardwood, but the few rugs we have, it’s been a smooth transition. You can see the canister of dog hair, while the floor brush remains clean; it’s powerful. We attached the frame to the wall in the garage where it can hang and charge, attachments included. Nice to have everything in one place. Bonus that it stands up on its own! Making stopping and starting much easier and not leaning it against a wall only for it to slide down and smack the floor. The only downside would be that we can’t vacuum our entire house on one change, but that’s nothing new; we have not found a vacuum that can. Our home is just under 3,000sqft and we can get about 2,400sqft before charging. I do use the highest setting, which does use more charge. I wouldn’t count that against it. We’re very happy and excited to continue using it.

The Bissell Fur Finder has proven to be one of the better contenders in this price range and offers some truly thoughtful features-though it's not without its flaws. Where this vacuum really shines is on carpet. Compared to other handhelds and even a few stick vacuums we ve tried, the Fur Finder pulls up pet hair exceptionally well from rugs and carpeted areas. One of the standout features is the built-in light-it's extremely helpful for spotting fur and dust bunnies hiding in plain sight, especially in low light or under furniture. Another convenience we love is the foot-operated accessory system. Being able to attach or detach accessories without bending over is a small but meaningful feature. It also stands upright on its own, which is rare for handhelds and really handy for quick breaks during a cleaning session. The wall-mounted charging dock is another bonus-it keeps things organized and the vacuum clips in easily. Now for the drawbacks. The battery life isn't great. While it charges quickly (which is a plus), you really only get solid performance on the medium or high speed settings. The lowest setting barely picks anything up, so it's practically useless. But using the higher settings means the battery drains faster-especially if you're trying to do the whole house in one go. It's a bit heavy for a handheld, which might not matter for quick clean-ups but can become noticeable if you're doing a more thorough job. The clearance between the floor and vacuum head is also quite low, which means it tends to jam up when moving between surfaces like hardwood and area rugs, or when trying to suck up something slightly larger, like a pebble or piece of kibble. Emptying the canister isn't terrible, but it could be smoother-it feels a bit clunky and you might get your hands dirty. Also, the side suction isn't great, so if you're cleaning along baseboards, expect to go over the same area a few times for a thorough result. Despite a few design flaws and some trade-offs in battery life and suction consistency, the Bissell Fur Finder is a solid performer for the price. If you've got shedding pets and are tired of vacuums that underperform, this one brings a lot to the table-especially in terms of thoughtful features and carpet performance. Just know that it has a few quirks, and you may need to work around its limitations for the best results. From the first use, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. My kids usually complain when I vacuum, but with the Bissell, they barely noticed. And don’t let the quiet fool you—this vacuum is powerful. I was especially impressed with how well the crevice tool cleaned along the baseboards, lifting dust with ease. The floor roller glided smoothly across multiple surfaces and rotated effortlessly to reach tight spots. The headlight was a surprisingly useful touch—it made it easy to spot hidden debris and ensure nothing was missed. I also really appreciated the self-standing design; it made a noticeable difference while cleaning, since I’m constantly looking for a place to prop up our current vacuum while moving furniture or picking up toys. While our cat doesn’t shed much, the FurFinder tool still picked up hair and debris from our furniture with little effort. I did have to go over a few spots on our nubby sofa fabric more than once, but overall, it handled the job well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: the lights are amazing! Especially because I often vacuum at night and we have two cats, so lots of fur. It’s very satisfying to see the hair disappear. However, it’s not that efficient (see cons). The handheld with the upholstery attachment is great for our couches, which are microfiber. The long attachment for the handheld is great for getting under the couches. Cons: since I can see the hair, I can very clearly see that I need to do several passes to get it all. It doesn’t matter if I use the lower or higher power options, I still have the same issue. For a very low pile area rug, I found it kind of just pushes the hair around. This speaks to how well the brushless head works to dig up hair, but it’s just not powerful enough to suck it up. Lastly, if you don’t mount this to the wall, it is very wobbly on its own. I am torn, because I love having a cordless option for a quick run that I can do more often, but it just doesn’t have the power needed to get the area rugs clean. I have two other corded Bissel vacuums, which do have enough power for rugs, but no lights and very heavy. I have yet to find the perfect vacuum!

I was overwhelmingly impressed with the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder stick vac! This vacuum is incredibly easy to use, with simply a power button and a button to toggle between three strengths. Assembly took me ~5 minutes, even with a toddler trying to "help". This vacuum does a great job with my hardwood floors and area rugs. It also got a ton of dog fur out of my carpeted steps. The various attachments enabled me to get dust from the corners of my walls/ceilings as well, which is something I haven't typically been able to access. As an unexpected bonus, attaching the smaller/shorter end made it the perfect height for my toddler to vacuum! The FurFinder Headlights make this product unique - It has lights on the front that reveal dirt/hair so you can see the areas needing attention. The lights also made it really fulfilling to see the dirt disappear. If I have to find a con, it's probably just that the materials feel a little cheaply made. It is not as sleek as other vacuums I've seen. However, that hasn't impacted the quality to date.

We live on a small farm with an indoor/outdoor dog and 3 busy teenagers, 2 of which are girls with long hair so we do plenty of vacuuming. We have a combination of tile, wood flooring and rugs. This vacuum does it all with ease. My favorite thing is how easy it turns along all the angled walls in our kitchen and living room, the rooms we vacuum almost daily. A close second is how easy the brush pops off the bottom so that I can use the stick to get windowsills and hard-to-reach places like behind the toilet or couch. My husband and I were both surprised how effective the headlights are in illuminating all the light colored hair on our floors. They look clean until the headlights hit them and then . . . WOW . . . we're so glad we've got the vacuum out! Because it's so lightweight and easy to grab, we find ourselves vacuuming more often and keeping up with our house better. Its compact design and battery power has also made it easy to use in our cars (without brush head), and on our furniture (with pet hair attachment). It's an all-around MVP of housekeeping!
