[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the vacuum does a good job on smooth surfaces and ok on low pile area rugs. You do need to put it on the lowest setting to vacuum area rugs for it to work and not get stuck. The headlights are very bright showing all the hair, dust and crumbs. The vacuum was easy to put together, stands up on its own and doesn’t fall over like other stick vacuums I’ve used before. After testing the FurFinder tool on my dog bed it did suck up a good amount of hair but also got stuck and I had to switch it to the lowest setting. When I used it on our couch I didn’t feel like it did a good job getting the short hair from our boxer off the couch. I did use it on a thicker area rug and it did a good job pulling the hair up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying that the lights on the front of the vacuum will really make you feel called out! Which is what you need from a vacuum, honestly! It's amazing how much dog hair is not visible to the naked eye until it's in the spotlight like that. I think the lights are my favorite part, followed closely by not having to hold down a trigger. On my old vacuum I had to hold it down and it would start to become uncomfortable, so just being able to hit the start button is really nice. I also like that there are 3 different power levels that can be easily changed there right next to the power button. Honorable mentions are the self-standing feature and how easy it is to empty the canister. On my old vacuum, the canister was kind of a pain to remove and I'd have to use my hands to get in there and dig out the dog hair to get it full emptied. This one is a much better design and I haven't had anything get stuck. My one and only issue is that it's not very easy to get the vacuum off of the charging dock. I have to pull pretty hard to get it to pop off. Not a deal breaker for me though. I recommend this one!

I like how you can switch from a stick vacuum to a handheld making this vacuum ultra versatile. I can easily clean the stairs or furniture by using it as a handheld or clean floor with the stick vacuum. I like that you have the ability to control the level of suction so you can really capture all the fur. I do wish that this was even a little bit more powerful but I was really impressed with all the fur this was able to clean up. Battery life was good and I liked the included attachments.

I hate sweeping because I feel like I never am able to get all the dirt off the floor. This stick vac has completely changed my cleaning experience. It gets everything! You can also go straight from a hard surface floor to a rug or carpet and not miss a beat. It was even able to get some of the stuck and embedded items left behind by my kids. The headlights were a game changer, especially under my dining table! The headlights showed every little spec of dirt and dust that were trying to hide. This stick vac was so easy to use that my kids are now regularly using it as well! It has become an instant family favorite! The self-standing design makes it really easy to store and for the kids to operate. If I could rate this as a 10, I most certainly would!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean Furfinder vacuum is perfect for everyday, quick cleaning jobs. There are several features I really appreciate about it. Anytime you remove an attachment, what remains underneath is narrow spout that acts very similar to a crevice tool - I love this. I often find myself needing to run around and find a crevice tool mid vacuum when I come upon something that’s hard to get in a corner, etc. But with this one, I just pop off whatever attachment I am using and it’s ready to go. My wife LOVES the furfinder tool. It’s got its own headlights which is a nice added feature, but the cleaning is what sets it apart. It’s very effective and fast at cleaning our big sectional couch which we have to do almost daily with two dogs and a toddler living in our house. We clean more often now because it’s not such a big task, this vacuum makes it easy. When it comes to doing a full vacuum of our carpeted upstairs, this gets the job done however, I wish it was heavier. Hard to describe what I mean but it just doesn’t put a lot of pressure on the carpet so it feels like it’s getting the surface very well but not deep cleaning into the carpets. That’s why I say this is a great vacuum for everyday use, gets the job done quickly and effectively. But it doesn’t feel like a deep clean has been completed. Also the battery life is good, not great. If using the highest power settings, I’m lucky to finish the whole upstairs in one charge. Overall, I’m very pleased with this vacuum.

The mats in front of our doors are the worst! They collect everything: pine needles, dog hair, dirt.. the whole yard is on them. This little vacuum is amazing! One swipe over and it slurps up everything! So easy to do a quick clean. I have used it daily and I love it! One of my favorite parts is the Furfinder attachment. It’s kind of gross when you see how much fur wasn’t getting picked up! The headlight is really bright and it’s great under furniture and cabinets. Another bonus is I don’t have a big corded vacuum sitting as decor in my living room for days because I know I will need it again. Wish I could upload a video to show how powerful it is! The whole family uses it. Not sure who started it, but we call it the magic wand and it really feels like it!

From the start, it was easy to assemble and super lightweight, which made it a breeze to carry from room to room, even while juggling everything else in our home. I also really appreciate the FurFinder Headlights. I didn’t expect to care much about them, but they actually made a big difference. They lit up all the little bits of fur and dust I would’ve totally missed, especially under the coffee table and in corners where fur tends to pile up. The self-standing design is my favorite part, especially when I have to pause mid-clean to grab a toy or chase after my toddler. And the tangle-free brush roll? Amazing. Not having to stop and untangle long hair or fur from the roller has saved me time and frustration. Overall, this vacuum has made cleaning up after two cats and a toddler easier—and that’s saying a lot!

Our home has mostly hardwood floors with a couple of area rugs and two smaller rooms with wall-to-wall carpeting. The first thing I did was use the vacuum on the area rug in the living room and I was shocked at how much fur and dirt the vacuum was able to get up (on the default middle suction setting). It also worked amazingly well on the hardwood floors and it was very satisfying to see those dust bunnies get sucked up. The fur finder tool was very convenient to use on upholstery and did a great job removing fur that seemed to be embedded in the fabric. I especially liked using it under the cushions of our leather couch because I usually just ignore that area since it's almost impossible to get the fur off, but now I can clean it! The headlights were my favorite feature and I was shocked at how much fur was around the house that I couldn't even see. I don't ever want to vacuum without headlights again! It's also so nice that the stick can go flat to the floor so it's easy to get underneath beds or sofas. It is really convenient that it is self-standing and it was super easy to put together right out of the box. We utilized the wall mount in our laundry room which is a really easy way to store it and charge it. The tangle-free brush roll is very important in our house as my daughter and I both have longer hair that tends to get wrapped around vacuum brushes - but not this one! It's also very easy to empty. I am obsessed with this vacuum and I am cleaning more than ever because I actually enjoy using it - and so do my kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this vacuum gives a pretty solid performance, but there are a few things I'd change as well. First off, the headlights are great and allow you to see all the individual pet hairs you can't normally see with the naked eye. I have light wood floors and a white cat so I really am only able to see big tufts of fur when I vacuum, but the lights show you every speck of dust and hair on your floor so you can clean more thoroughly. I felt like the vacuum performed better on my rugs than on the hardwood, but that could also just be because pet hair is harder to see on the rugs even with the light assisting you. I used the FurFinder tool on my cat's favorite chair and it performed fairly well. The brush definitely makes a noticeable difference compared to just the hose. However, there were a few stubborn hairs that the tool missed that I had to pull out by hand. Pros: 1. The vacuum stands up on its own so if I need to turn it off and move something out of the way while vacuuming, I don't need to find something to lean it against. 2. Pretty quiet compared to other stick vacs which is a plus. 3. The handheld piece has a crevice finder built into it so you can remove the extender and use it as a handheld on its own without having to grab another attachment which saves time. 4. The battery is easy to remove if you want to just plug the it into the wall to charge without having to plug the entire vacuum in. Cons: 1. The dirt receptacle is fairly small 2. It could be more powerful. Some debris was hard to pick up even on the highest setting. More power would presumably make the vacuum louder though so it's kind of a trade off. 3. You cannot connect attachments to the vacuum when it's not in use-only the wall mount-so if you choose not to mount it on your wall, you need to find a separate place to store the attachments 4. Historically I’ve used a fancy expensive branded cordless vacuum because I need something that doesn’t take up a whole lot of space. I also need it to work well. I tried the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder and was impressed by how well it worked across various surfaces (tile, hardwood and rug). My favorite feature was the light that would illuminate fur, dirt and debris that would’ve been otherwise hidden by shadows and furniture. The suction power was amazing too. I compared it to my other cordless vacuum and that one could not hold a candle to this one. I loved how this vacuum could stand on its own, something that I’ve been wanting for the other cordless vacuums I own. Honestly, this is such a good product. If I could go back in time, I would not have purchased the other brand’s product.
