We have dogs and little kids constantly making messes and fur tumbleweeds in this house, so essentially any time someone has 5 free minutes it should probably be spent vacuuming. As someone who had only minor complaints about my existing vacuum, I was surprised to notice that I have been reaching for the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder first because the battery lasts longer than my other stick vacuum and the little light function is surprisingly very useful on my LVP floors! I didn’t think the lights would be any use in bright morning sunlight, but it actually helped me see hidden dog hair and crumbs I did not notice. I have been using it not only on the floors and carpets, but also on my furniture. It’s easy to maneuver and makes the chore of vacuuming slightly less annoying. The canister is straightforward to empty. I am not the organized type who has my vacuum hanging from a home, but tend to move it around my house to grab when I have the chance. For someone like me, the self standing function makes it easier for me to position it anywhere in my house ready for the next moment I need it. It’s got a sturdy construction but it’s not cumbersome whatsoever. I’d say this vacuum is similar to if not slightly better than some other popular stick vacuums - it’s able to handle our messes and I’ve been quite happy with it so far!

This vacuum handled all the surfaces in my home surprisingly well. On hardwood and tile, it picked up fur, dirt, and crumbs easily without scattering them around. On area rugs and low-pile carpet, it had solid suction and didn’t leave any visible pet hair behind. It struggled just a little on my thicker, high-pile rug, but with a few extra passes, it got the job done. I liked that I didn’t have to switch settings manually; it transitioned pretty smoothly between The FurFinder upholstery tool was a standout for me. I used it on my couch and pet beds, where hair always seems to get woven into the fabric. It really pulled up fur that I couldn’t even see at first—definitely made a noticeable difference. I wouldn’t say it’s 100% perfect (I still needed a lint roller for a few stubborn spots), but it saved me a lot of time compared to vacuuming with the regular floor attachment. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stick vac has a lot of pros for sure. First off, it’s probably the quietest vacuum I’ve ever used. I also LOVE that it stands up on its own because this makes cleaning up around the house so easy with being able to just prop it up the grab it and keep going. Another feature I love is the wall mounted holder- it actually holds the attachments that come with it so they don’t get lost. I loved the wand attachment and fur finder attachment- these both worked really well for what I was using them for. The regular head I’m not sure is quite powerful enough to be super effective. I didn’t feel like it was picking up debris off our hard floors as well as I would have liked. But the headlights on the regular head are awesome and super helpful for seeing dirt and the areas you are trying to clean. But overall honestly, the fur finder attachment and wand attachment plus the self standing feature make this vacuum well worth it. It made my cleaning routine so much easier this past month and my carpets and couch seem so clean!

Despite its cordless design, I was initially surprised by its size and weight, but I quickly got used to it. The FurFinder seamlessly transitioned between hardwood, tile, carpet, and rugs, making the cleaning process more enjoyable. The adjustable power settings allowed me to customize the vacuum’s strength for different surfaces. The FurFinder tool was incredibly effective in lifting and removing embedded pet hair. With my old vacuum, I had to repeatedly go over the same spot to remove the hair. However, with the FurFinder tool, I only needed one pass, and all the hair was eliminated. The FurFinder Headlights were a game-changer. I never realized I needed them until I used them. They revealed the extent of pet hair and other dust, dirt, and debris that my pets had brought in. The headlights illuminated the service, allowing me to spot areas that might have been missed otherwise. Overall, the vacuum was incredibly user-friendly. The different attachments were simple to change out. The tangle-free brush roll lived up to its name. After cleaning up pet hair from rugs and carpets, I expected to find strands tangled in the wheel, but to my surprise, there was nothing to remove. Another notable feature is the self-standing design, which is a great help when moving around the house. It eliminates the need to lean the vacuum against the wall or hang it back on the charger. If I were to adjust anything on this vacuum it would be the size of the vacuum head so that it can easily fit under multiple pieces of furniture.

After a month of owning this, I still have not used the Fur Finder tool because almost all of our furniture is leather, but based on how strong the motor seems to be I am excited to try out this tool. As a family with a newborn and two dogs who shed a lot, the vacuum definitely made a noticeable difference on the floors. The vac is super easy to use and intuitive - I didn't have to read an instruction manual or anything. My favorite features were the headlights and the self-standing design. The headlights made it easy to clean without turning the lights up high (very valuable when you have a baby in the house) and also made cleaning more efficient as I was quickly able to see if I had cleaned a spot on the floor already. Also, the self-standing design made it easy to use and compact as we do not plan on drilling it into a wall. One thing I did wish is that the vacuum was lighter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder vacuum is a really great product for households with pets! We have a large dog that we nicknamed the Dutch Shedder because all he does is lay around and leave his hair everywhere. We had a mini robot vacuum we were using every single day before we got the Bissell and even though the Bissell doesn’t automatically start vacuuming, I now prefer it because it is lightweight, cordless and PICKS UP ALL THE HAIR! The box it came in was small and lightweight and at first, I didn’t think it was good quality because it was so light but it’s held up really well. Even my toddler loves to “help me vacuum” and he had dropped it a few times and it’s all stayed together with no issues. The suction itself has 3 levels. I found that the top level doesn’t do well on my washable rugs that I have as it is almost too powerful and pulls the rug from its base. The lights on the front highlight the pet hair and small particles really well, even during daylight. The one thing I wish it did have was another light when you detached the base and want to just use the stick portion for the corners and crevices of your house. The lights are only on the main base. I’ve never had a cordless vacuum before and this one comes with a base you can hang on the wall and charge! The base also holds all the other attachments for easy storage. It works great on carpet! We have a medium length carpet and I was SHOCKED at how much dog hair was in the chamber after I ran it through my son’s room. I even did a little experiment and had our small robot vacuum run in his room first and then I went in after with the Bissell and the chamber ended up STILL FULL on the Bissell. The charge would let me vacuum my whole house (1200sqft) but it would die if I used the highest suction power for longer than a couple minutes and I would need to wait for it to charge to vacuum again. It took about 30 minutes to charge fully again so it has a quick turn around! It’s free standing which was a game changer for me because our other larger stick vacuum was not and it was MUCH heavier so I had to lean all the way down to put it on the floor in between vacuuming to move things where as the Bissell just stands on its own! No more back breaking! 👏🏼 Overall, I would highly recommend this vacuum, especially for people with carpet and pets!

I charge it every two uses and I'm usually sing it for 15 to 20 minutes per cleaning. I live in a large one bedroom apartment and I think this is perfect for that.

The suction is good for a stick vacuum. The battery lasts a decent amount of time compared to my other vacuum. It is light weight and very easy to maneuver. I have a home with primarily hardwood floors and I never realized how much a light on a vacuum would be helpful. The light reveals every dog hair I have been missing with my previous vacuum. I have used it several times and still no hair tangled on the brush roll. The self-standing design is so nice for when I set it aside. My only con is that it’s a little difficult to maneuver on carpet but definitely still worth it!

With the level of suction function, I was able to effortlessly move from vinyl floors to rugs and carpets. My favorite feature would have to be the headlights they really to help illuminate all the hair and dust on the floor. I do have darker floors so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. The headlights are also on the furfinder tool which works great at getting pet hair off of couches and other surfaces. The tangle free brush is a must in my house as both my daughter and I have extremely long hair. To clean the brush is so easy and there was little to no hair wrapped around which I was amazed. I also like how it is able to stand on its own so if you need to move further or what not, without it falling. It is also easy to switch between attachments. My only notes would be it sometimes has a hard time with bigger crumbs like chips or granola. Also, any furniture that sits lower than 5in off the ground you won't be able to stick the whole vacuum under. And lastly with the headlights I was able to see that really fine dirt from feet or shoes isn't always picked up. But that if fine with me. I'm just glad I know it's there now and use a dry mop to get it. Overall really impressed with this product and would highly recommend.

It works great on all my floors: hardwood, rugs, tile, and picks up way more than I expected. The FurFinder tool is amazing on furniture. It got pet hair out of my couch cushions that other vacuums totally missed. I also loved the headlights. They actually helped me spot hair in dark corners I would’ve overlooked. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and I love that it stands up on its own. No tangled brush roll either. Super happy with it.
