[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to using this vacuum, my husband would come home from work and use a broom and dustpan to clean the living room and kitchen floor. (laminate and tile, with a couple of area ruts) The broom does not get up all the dust, and I proved it by using this Bissell. The headlight is excellent at identifying sand, dust, and hair/fur. We have a large dog (she is 80 pounds) and she is short haired but still sheds, she also carries so much dirt/sand on her paws when she comes in. We constantly have to clean the floors to keep them from turning into a beach. I also have long hair and appreciate that it does not get caught up in the brush roll. It makes it so easy to clean the brush roll because hairs are not constantly wrapping around it and tangling. The weight/balance is very ergonomic and it is lightweight. I have back issues, but have no problems using this vacuum. It is easy to maneuver under furniture and has a very low profile. I have been keeping it off to the side in the front room of our house because we constantly reach for it, especially after the dog comes in from being outside. Speaking of the balance, there is also a good balance between the roller head and power unit. The battery is easy to remove and super easy to charge. The suction is surprisingly good, even at the low setting and especially good for its size. I also find the foot release to be convenient and useful. The self standing design is helpful, unlike other stick vacuums that HAVE to be hung from the wall hanger or they topple over. This gives the choice of hanging it on the wall or just standing it up off to the side like I do at the moment. The build is of good quality and feels great to vacuum with. It works well over area rugs, tile, as well as laminate flooring. I love being able to switch between roller heads, as well as removing couch cushions and easily sucking up all the debris that collects on the couch (where the dog loves to sleep!). The canister is easy to remove and clean out and the detachable unit is very handy to pull apart and use. I do have several things that I think would make it better, even though I am extremely happy with it. It would be great to have a battery indicator on the vacuum because the battery runs down and dies sometimes mid vacuum if I have been using it and not charged it in several days. It is not a huge issue for me, but it would be nice for some kind of indicator on the vacuum itself. Also the battery life is decent, but it would be nice if it would last longer on the high power setting. The headlights on the roller unit are fantastic, they show me dust on furniture I didn't realize was there! It would be nice if the wand had some sort of light feature for when the unit is detached and used to spot clean around furniture legs, baseboards, and cracks/crevices. It is in no way a deal breaker, because I can spot clean without a light (the roller light has spoiled me). headlights on lower unit are fantastic, it would be nice if the wand also had a light feature for when you detach and use to clean around furniture legs, at baseboards, cracks/crevices. All in all, I highly recommend this product and it has become a staple in my household. I am amazed at how much dirt/dust/debris/animal hair we were missing with the broom. it makes things so much easier now when I have to mop. I have my daughter wanting one now for her house and worry she may come and try to borrow ours!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a cat owner with two constantly-shedding furballs and a busy toddler boy who seems to leave crumbs in every room, I need a vacuum that can actually keep up with the mess—and this stick vac has truly impressed me. From the start, it was easy to assemble and super lightweight, which made it a breeze to carry from room to room, even while juggling everything else in our home. I also really appreciate the FurFinder Headlights. I didn’t expect to care much about them, but they actually made a big difference. They lit up all the little bits of fur and dust I would’ve totally missed, especially under the coffee table and in corners where fur tends to pile up. The self-standing design is my favorite part, especially when I have to pause mid-clean to grab a toy or chase after my toddler. And the tangle-free brush roll? Amazing. Not having to stop and untangle long hair or fur from the roller has saved me time and frustration. Overall, this vacuum has made cleaning up after two cats and a toddler easier—and that’s saying a lot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder has been my absolute favorite vacuum I have ever owned. It worked great on all my hard floors but did avoid doing my door mat rug because it would get stuck or suck in the corner. I'm sure bigger rugs would work just fine for this vacuum, but I don't have any so no feedback on that part. The furfinder tool worked great on my couches, but I wouldn't say it did an amazing job on getting all the hair off. My dog sheds so much and I'm sure there's hair on there that just is hard to get off especially use getting on and off the couch and my kids jumping on the couches but it did do better than my other vacuum. By far my absolute FAVORITE thing, is the headlight on the vacuum! Oh my goodness how impressive it is to see dust, dirt and dog hair and then see it gone. It really helps you see how much cleaner your floors are. Almost wish that both tool attachments came with lights as well. The light makes such a difference because it almost helps you see where you passed through already and what you still need to vacuum up. I honestly wanted to vacuum everyday because it's almost addicting SEEING the floors get clean. Over all this is my very first stick vacuum and I love it. It's light weight and easy to maneuver. Switching attachments is super easy when needed and emptying out the dirt bin is a breeze. My only complaint would be that I wish the battery would last longer. On super power mode with a full battery it last maybe like 15 minutes and on medium speed about like 45 mins. If you're trying to clean your whole house in 1 day, it's kind of impossible. The battery, for a full charge takes about 2 hours. Besides the battery though I have no complaints. I guess I can buy an extra battery for it and just switch them out when needed but then there would be no place to store it with the actual vacuum. Over all 4.7 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When unboxing, I was a bit intimidated, but it was easy to put together and I like how you can use the wall attachment or leave it standing. The battery charged quickly and I was excited to try the vac out. I have mostly hard surfaces with carpeted stairs and area rugs. I liked using it for quick cleanups, but it didn’t have the power I needed for heavier “dirty” areas. One of my favorite features is the Headlights. It really let me see under the kitchen cabinet areas to make sure I got everything. It’s light, so it’s easy to transfer up and down the stairs. It’s easy to change how you use it as well. We use wood pellet cat litter, which isn’t picked up by regular vacuums. The handheld design was superb for picking up those pieces that do end up outside the litter box for easy disposal.

The vacuum is versatile, offering cleaning options for upholstery, car interiors, and floor cleaning. The vacuum easily transitions from carpet and rugs to hard wood floors without requiring you to change the vacuum head. My favorite feature was the bright headlights, which allow you to see dust and hair that you would otherwise miss. My eight-year-old son even commented on this feature as we recognized the surprising amount of dirt and debris on what we thought were our clean floors. We used the Furfinder tool on our upholstery which offered a strong suction, effectively loosening and removing more challenging hair. The tangle free-brush eliminated hair wrapping and the self-standing design is a great feature that is not seen in most cordless vacuums. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and would recommend to anyone with pets and/or children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder! It is the most effective and powerful cordless vacuum I have used so far. Most of our home is wood flooring with a large carpet in the family room that accumulates a lot of pet hair from our dog and two cats. The Bissell PowerClean FurFinder is the first cordless vacuum that we have used that we actually felt cleaned the carpet and made a noticeable difference on the amount of pet hair overall. I LOVE the FurFinder headlights, they allow me to see so much more fur/hair and dust, I had no idea how truly dirty my floors were! The FurFinder tool allows me to get in my sectional couch and give it a real clean, again making a visible difference to the look of the couch. Overall the vacuum is super user friendly, the self standing feature is great, especially as a mom to a toddler, I often have to vacuum in chunks, starting and stopping often. The tangle free brush made a real difference in comparison to our previous vacuum. I have long hair and found less hair being trapped and all the parts so easy to clean and the battery life is long for a cordless and easy and compact to charge. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder to anyone who is looking for a powerful and easy to use cordless vacuum. Very impressive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum is easy to put together – I didn’t need the instructions to get started, and I really like the headlight feature. You can see in detail every little tiny hair and crumb your other vacuums or floor cleaning efforts have left behind. You can also very clearly see (unfortunately) this vacuum does not have the best suction power, especially in the lowest mode. There are a couple nooks and crannies in my house I kept going over and couldn’t get all the fine particles and/or hairs out of with this vacuum. The other feature I absolutely adore on this stick vacuum (and if you’ve had others, you’ll also appreciate) is the ability for it to stand up on its own – it doesn’t have to “lean” on something or be hanging on the wall. This feature might seem small, but it’s huge when you’re a stop/start cleaner like me. I hate how my other stick vacuums have had to ‘lean’ precariously against the wall or the couch while I run off in between vacuuming to grab/do something else. I did try all of the attachments. Ultimately found I liked using it best with the full size/original foot, mostly because of the headlight, but also because the attachments (while easy to take on and off) weren’t the easiest to use. As far as run time, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I think the box says 45 minutes, but I certainly did not get that on the highest mode, which is the only mode I will use this in. But, whatever the run time, I was able to get most of the main areas on one level (kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room) done with one charge. Another bonus, this vacuum is really easy to clean. I dump the bin after every use, so it's very important it's easy to come on and off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this vacuum gives a pretty solid performance, but there are a few things I'd change as well. First off, the headlights are great and allow you to see all the individual pet hairs you can't normally see with the naked eye. I have light wood floors and a white cat so I really am only able to see big tufts of fur when I vacuum, but the lights show you every speck of dust and hair on your floor so you can clean more thoroughly. I felt like the vacuum performed better on my rugs than on the hardwood, but that could also just be because pet hair is harder to see on the rugs even with the light assisting you. I used the FurFinder tool on my cat's favorite chair and it performed fairly well. The brush definitely makes a noticeable difference compared to just the hose. However, there were a few stubborn hairs that the tool missed that I had to pull out by hand. Pros: 1. The vacuum stands up on its own so if I need to turn it off and move something out of the way while vacuuming, I don't need to find something to lean it against. 2. Pretty quiet compared to other stick vacs which is a plus. 3. The handheld piece has a crevice finder built into it so you can remove the extender and use it as a handheld on its own without having to grab another attachment which saves time. 4. The battery is easy to remove if you want to just plug the it into the wall to charge without having to plug the entire vacuum in. Cons: 1. The dirt receptacle is fairly small 2. It could be more powerful. Some debris was hard to pick up even on the highest setting. More power would presumably make the vacuum louder though so it's kind of a trade off. 3. You cannot connect attachments to the vacuum when it's not in use-only the wall mount-so if you choose not to mount it on your wall, you need to find a separate place to store the attachments 4. I decided to try the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder, and I was honestly impressed. I wanted something lightweight and easy to use daily—something I could handle one-handed while holding my baby in the other arm. This vacuum delivered. Although it’s taller than vacuums I’ve used before, it’s surprisingly light and super easy to carry around thanks to its cordless design. One of my favorite features is the headlights—they make it so much easier to spot every last dog hair, especially in corners and under furniture. It has three suction levels, which is great for switching between hard floors and tougher surfaces like rugs. I was honestly skeptical that a cordless vacuum could actually pick up pet hair from rugs and carpets—but it did! I was shocked (in the best way) and so relieved knowing my baby will have a clean space to explore. The tangle-free brush roll is another thoughtful touch, though it can be a little too sensitive. If you’re vacuuming a lightweight rug, it might get sucked up and trigger the rollers to stop. There’s no quick-release button either, so you have to power off and restart. The trick is to use the lowest suction setting on those types of rugs. Even so, I love that nothing gets tangled in the bristles—they stay clean and effective for pet hair pickup. The FurFinder tool is great too—and it has its own headlights, which is a very cool and useful feature I hadn’t seen before in an attachment. It made me realize just how much dog hair was hiding on my couch! The one thing I would change on this vacuum is the size of the canister. It’s definitely too small! When I say my dogs shed, I mean it! So a bigger canister would be helpful.
