LG Load of Garbage..
Never buy a LG again in one year four compressors went out . They replaced the Refrigerator and the compressor was bad when they plugged it in. Went a week without a refrigerator, They brought in the third Refrigerator and it went one week and the compressor went out and damaged my floor where the coolant leaked out. So Three refrigerators and seven compressors. it's working now but for how long.??

Poor service
Neither ice maker works and no one seems interested in fixing it or bringing me a working refrigerator that I paid for.

We enjoy this machine especially the craft ice maker. . It did fail but LG did mail me s new one after going through the diagnostic flow chart with the call taker.

Buyer beware
Pros: LG makes esthetically pleasing products. Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE!!! I purchased a 4 piece LG appliance package several years ago, and THEY WERE GORGEOUS! Fast fwd several weeks, and the microwave started setting vegetables on fire. They sent a tech out, and they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong. Eventually, we ended up having to replace the microwave with a different brand. A few weeks after that, we noticed the dark grey finish began to peel away from the entire front of both oven doors. They said it was cosmetic and initially refused to repair it. We'd only had the set a few months at that time. Not even 5 months after receiving my appliance package, the ice maker went out, and the foods weren't completely freezing. I contacted the company several times. They sent a repairman who stated that the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. Fast FWD 5 years, and we have gone through 3 compressors. And we lost THOUSANDS of dollars worth of food each time. We always keep a lot of frozen meats and vegetables in the freezer because I cook at least 3 meals a day; we don't eat out. I called so much trying to get them to be fair and satisfactorily repair the refrigerator that a female upper level member of management stated that they would sue me for harassment because they'd already sent a repairman to fix the issue and that it was no longer under warranty. I proved that this was a lie by jumping through hoops and providing documentation supporting the fact that my appliances were still under the one year warranty, and they still gave me a hard time. Long story semi-short, MANY people were having the same problem, and there was a class action lawsuit against LG. It caused them to find a temporary bandaid to appease the restless masses. Even after they sent a repairman who was supposed to address the issue of the compressors failing, it STILL keeps burning out compressors and is now ready for the scrap heap. THE ONLY WAY I'D EVER BUY ANOTHER LG APPLIANCE IS IF THEY WERE THE LAST MANUFACTURER ON EARTH, AND THEY WERE HOLDING MY FAMILY HOSTAGE TO FORCE ME INTO MAKING THE PURCHASE. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THE LOOK OF THEIR APPLIANCES, YOU WILL BE SORRY IN THE END.

Total Waste of Money
The absolute worst major appliance purchase in my life. On paper this looks like a great choice, but in the real world it's all a load of Who Shot John. Problematic from day 1. Had to be coaxed into atarting. Thought I was starting my old Chevy. It was start then die. THEN there's the smell and the taste of the ice. It was like they were dipped in chlorine. Never went away. ICE WATER? No way. Never had a fridge deliver warm water. (yes I was hooked up to cold water) and the taste was on par with the foul tasting ice. As for In Door Circulation. Never once did I feel or see cold air coming from those vents. Don't waste your money and time. I got a refund and went with SAMSUNG

Refrigerator
We ordered this refrigerator Nov 10th. It is Dec 20th and we still have not received. We have called several times with no satisfaction. Excuses after excuses and is still in transit from New Jersey. We are so disappointed. We will not buy anymore appliances from Sam’s.

Definitely cool and love the ice!
Omg this is the best fridge ever! If you knock on the black part it is a window! So you don't have to keep opening the door to see what you have or do not have. It is also deeper than most refrigerators so it can hold so much more! Love it! It is dedicated durable and the shelves are adjustable so you can make them shorter or taller depending on your needs. Another cool thing is the ice! It has the typical ice in the front but it also has a tray for ice to come out in the shape of balls! You can drop 3 in a yeti cup and they are perfect! The kiddos love that! Out of all the ones I have had, this one beats them all
Great Fridge, Sam's Club Delivery Pretty Horrible
Great fridge, would not recommend buying from Sams Club. Their delivery window of 7am - 7pm was crazy, then delivery was canceled at 7:34pm (after taking off work and waiting). Had to reschedule the delivery, another 7am-7pm delivery window. Sam's said it was on their delivery contractor, RXO; RXO hung up repeatedly when called, when they finally answered, they said it was on Sam's Club swamping them with required deliveries. Neither were any help. Would absolutely recommend this LG refrigerator, but buy it from Lowes (lowes.com) or Home Depot (homedepot.com). Even direct from LG would be worth a try (lg.com).
