[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s okay. It takes getting use to having no handles. Even though it says finger print resistant, there are finger prints. The left door is heavier so it closes harder and noisier. It’s not easy to configure a tall shelf in the interior. The four ice cubes types is okay, but I would never have chosen this one on that basis. Freezer compartment is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in April 2024, it was awesome until my craft ice stop working. Come to find out the water hose used to attach to the water line is too long and my spouse had to adjust it to get the craft ice and water working again from the dispenser. I love the refrigerator, but the only draw back I see is that you have to open both doors to pull out one drawer which causing air to penetrate the interior of the fridge which could cause problems later on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the dishwasher about a month. Pros: quiet, cleans great, easy to use, like the app., very pleased with it. Con: I don’t like the utensil basket. It has two tops that can flip open but the handle gets in the way it needs three and all the holes to put utensils in are the same opening size some need to be bigger to accommodate bigger handles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the refrigerator almost two months ago. I love the large capacity for a counter depth model. Lighting inside the fridge is great. Fruit and veggies are staying crisp. It’s a great appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is very well designed with many great feature, including an easy to read and operate display panel that shows all pertinent data and allows for adjustments to be made easily. The ThinQ interface to my smartphone is great and allows me to monitor and operate the fridge remotely.

The top shelf cannot be used for drinks, nor can you store more than a few items, because of the design of the vent. Website says equal temp shelves, but found water and soda frozen!  There’s a secret manual only available online that says you can’t store high humidity items on top shelf! Csr service says you have to store drinks on door. Really? The consumer  cant place items where they want in their own fridge? This wasn’t free, or cheap! The capacity is less than stated, because of the unusable space. Going back! I loved it until the restrictions made it suck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new LG Counter depth frig. We especially like the icemaker that makes 4 types of ice. It is in the door panel which saves room up top and dumps ice into trays in the freezer. Our model is very sleek and modern looking without handles and it lights up when you get close to it which is great at night.

We love the fridge there’s no doubt about that. It’s got a ton of space in both the refrigerator and freezer and the fact that it gives you three different types of ice is a real bonus. We did have the fan go out after only 6 Months, but they got someone out to fix it right away since it was still under warranty. The motion light on the freezer took a little getting used to if you’re not used to having your Refrigerator light up every time you walk by. Otherwise, it does the job it needs to! And it looks great too!

Our French door fridge was delivered in January and we started having issues with the in door ice maker in June. Apparently, the fan moving cold air to the door ice was not operating correctly. It took a bit of gyrations to finally get someone out to replace the fan, but it has been replaced. We are on a "wait and see" mode at this point. For a 5-month old appliance, we should not gave to go through this already. Vfingers crossed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Lg French door, counter depth frig! The 4 kinds of ice feature is fabulous! We never run out when entertaining. I also like how it is laid out; much roomier and flexible than most French door styles. The outside does not have handles, so it very sleek, attractive and easy to keep clean.
