So much room and love the clear shelves and drawers which allows you to see stuff in the back. Best feature is the ice! We were always running out of ice with our old refrigerator. This fridge has 3 ice makers and we always have plenty even when we have company. And I absolutely love the mini ice cubes. They are my favorite. Would definitely recommend this refrigerator to anyone that is looking. We have purchase several LG appliances and have never had any problems with them

Really great looking fridge with great features. Love the craft ice and the other types of ice as well. One thing I overlooked for measurements were the 4 inch thick doors. Where the refrigerator goes in my kitchen I had to remove eight inches from the hallway wall so I could get the unit closer to the wall and now works perfectly in my very small kitchen. The space inside is great and works very well. The adjustable shelf I like as well. It's easy to adjust as needed.

Bought this refrigerator a week ago, I am very pleased with this refrigerator. The counter depth is great, there is so much room inside. The freezer has a huge amount of storage, with two sliding shelves plus the main freezer compartment. I went from a 22 cu. ft. top freezer to this 25.5 cu. ft. bottom drawer freezer and what a difference. I no longer have to stack things on top of each and move things around to get what I want. The three different ice makers is a huge plus. I first thought why would anyone need three ice makers but now that I have them, it's a big plus. This refrigerator is so quiet you don't even know it's running. The LED lighting inside is great. The sleek flat front with no handles gives the unit a nice appearance. I was not in the market for all the bells and whistles, I had to purchase what would fit through my door opening. I am so happy I got this refrigerator, I am highly pleased with this purchase.

The layout of our kitchen makes the counter depth refrigerator the best option. This does reduce the amount of space available, especially in the refrigerator. Space for taller items is somewhat limited. However, for me and my wife this is really a minor inconvenience. The biggest complaint we have is with the bottom drawer of the refrigerator. To pull open the drawer you have to open both refrigerator doors. It would have been good if the bottom drawer was split into two drawers. Aside from that, the motor is very quiet, the temperature is consistently maintained and we are happy with our fridge. We did need to replace the craft ice maker. Fortunately this happened while the warranty was still in effect. The repairman said this is a very common problem with LG. He also asked if we replaced the compressor. We haven't but there was an implied warning in his question.

This is my second LG Refrigerator. Only replaced my old one because I was renovating my kitchen and went from white to stainless. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this refrigerator!!!! Bigger, brighter, roomier and perfect size for my kitchen!!! The ice options and the roomy freezer are awesome! Having the water filter in the door is so much better for me as I am vertically challenged!!!

Have had this fridge for a little over a month and so far I'm liking it. It was a bit pricey but I got a decent discount. The bit I think I like most is how the cold air is distributed. My past refrigerators had air vents running down the back wall which always seemed to be getting obstructed by the food on the shelves. This unit distributes the air at the edges which seems to work better. In addition it has the door cooling system which help assure the airflow is reaching everywhere. Hopefully the app will help me know if I have a failure rather than finding a fridge that is too warm too late to prevent all the food from needing to be thrown out. Also I accidentally chose this model without door handles, but I found I love the handle-less doors. There are hand grabs along the tops/bottoms to open the doors. Its far too early to have an opinion on the long term reliability.

We love the fridge there’s no doubt about that. It’s got a ton of space in both the refrigerator and freezer and the fact that it gives you three different types of ice is a real bonus. We did have the fan go out after only 6 Months, but they got someone out to fix it right away since it was still under warranty. The motion light on the freezer took a little getting used to if you’re not used to having your Refrigerator light up every time you walk by. Otherwise, it does the job it needs to! And it looks great too!

I love my new LG French Door Refrigerator more than I ever thought I’d love an appliance. It is so user friendly, easy to clean (most are not). It has a wonderful layout and the 4 kinds of ice, including large ice balls, are the best. It holds way more than more previous one.

Perfect counter depth, excellent ice making (I have no clue why some people have complaint). Compressor is loudish (nothing a TV at regular volume) will quiet. Tons of usable space inside! The 4 types of ice is fenomenal - my significant and I use a lot of ice and have never had any issues. Door water dispenser fits my Yeti without any issues, the welcome light is a really nice touch. The app works great and lets you adjust settings remotely. It fits perfectly in our kitchen and makes the kitchen look nice and elegant. I love the hidden pull handles. We even lost the wrench to adjust the doors and LG offered to send us one at no cost. My mother has had her LG fridge for 5 years with zero issues and her washer and dryer.

Bought this in June 2024 to replace a 5 year old LG. Love this brand, got the counter depth version and find there is plenty of room for the 2 of us, both the fridge and freezer. There are 3 ice options and I was able to turn off the craft and mini cube options until I was ready. Only thing taking a while to get used to is there are no handles like the old one. That is our only complaint!
