The products are very good, but service on the products after is awful and I will now consider not buying LG products

I bought one of these seven or eight years ago. It’s a great refrigerator. I love it. Runs well keeps things nice and cold and frozen. When this goes down I’ll buy another one. Has a great capacity fits nicely in the area that is for refrigerator. It’s plenty of shelving and it’s inexpensive to run.

Perfect counter depth, excellent ice making (I have no clue why some people have complaint). Compressor is loudish (nothing a TV at regular volume) will quiet. Tons of usable space inside! The 4 types of ice is fenomenal - my significant and I use a lot of ice and have never had any issues. Door water dispenser fits my Yeti without any issues, the welcome light is a really nice touch. The app works great and lets you adjust settings remotely. It fits perfectly in our kitchen and makes the kitchen look nice and elegant. I love the hidden pull handles. We even lost the wrench to adjust the doors and LG offered to send us one at no cost. My mother has had her LG fridge for 5 years with zero issues and her washer and dryer.

I love my new LG French Door Refrigerator more than I ever thought I’d love an appliance. It is so user friendly, easy to clean (most are not). It has a wonderful layout and the 4 kinds of ice, including large ice balls, are the best. It holds way more than more previous one.

I seriously didn't know I could love an appliance as much as I love my new LG French Door Refrigerator! and the 4 kinds of ice are a hoot, especially the large Ice Balls. Also, it is easy to clean and my last one was impossible to clean and even when cleaned, it didn't look clean.

So much room and love the clear shelves and drawers which allows you to see stuff in the back. Best feature is the ice! We were always running out of ice with our old refrigerator. This fridge has 3 ice makers and we always have plenty even when we have company. And I absolutely love the mini ice cubes. They are my favorite. Would definitely recommend this refrigerator to anyone that is looking. We have purchase several LG appliances and have never had any problems with them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. I love the amount of space it provides, and the option to flip up one side for taller items. The only thing I didn't like was the way the ice comes out in the front. Some goes to the floor.

I had seen many negative reviews prior to buying. I have had this frig for one week, and I love it. The left door does close quickly when the ice maker is full, so just hold it a bit as it closes, it really is that simple. I am absolutely amazed at the space this model has. It has more room than any other counter depth frig I have owned. The craft ice maker is slow in making the beautiful round orbs, but certainly makes enough for several drinks a week The ONLY complaint I have is the door water/ice dispenser. It doesn't fit a very tall container and the panel that is pressed for dispensing, doesn't extend the whole way down. When filling short glasses you need to hold the glass up. I know, real 3rd world problems! I would highly recommend this frig!
