I bought several of these for my garage and house in WV. 15 years ago, they worked great I recently bought two for my garage in SC. it's a great unit with the exception that they got cheap with the plastic liner for the self on the old ones it was a nice thick plastic Liner that was durable with the liner these new shelve have your better off without one they are not cut to size and they pull off every time you get something off the shelve, I'm waiting for one to tear any day now.

We have about 40 of these racks. We just got a few more in and the notches for the plastic stoppers to fit in are so shallow the plastic guides slip right down. The old ones were manufacturered in China and these are made in Vietnam. There is no way the shelves will hold the weight they are advertised to. DO NOT BUY THESE

The shelving system is exactly what I thought I was ordering (no surprises!) I picked it up at the store and the packaging was good. the only minor downsize was the assembly instructions and the difficulty for one person to assemble alone (if you are 83 yrs old,) Young folks should have no problem.

Received this package in bad shape. It obviously had been opened and returned. Pieces were missing and others had been damaged. Not sure I can make it usable. I am not able to lift the package to move it off my porch less haul it 100 miles to return it to a store. This was shipped by Seville for Sam’s. I have assembled literally dozens of these shelves and have never had issues like this.

Make sure you check each shelf carefully before attempting to put this together. Three of the 6 shelves had defects- instead of 4 ROUND openings to slide the shelf onto the poles, at least one opening was OVAL vs. ROUND shaped, which made it very difficult to get the shelf to sit level on the poles. I struggled with two of the lesser deformed of the 3 shelves and with the help of a rubber mallet, got them to stay put and level. However, the last shelf had such a deformed oval-shaped opening that it wouldn't sit properly on the poles at all. I contacted Sam's and they worked with me to give me a partial refund so I wouldn't have to return the 100 lb thing!

First shipment. Box was severely damaged with rips and holes. Broken plastic pieces fell out of the hole while carrying it to the garage. Sent back for replacement. 2nd shipment i received someone elses return. Package was already opened and taped up. They couldnt repackage it so that thr top box flaps will close all the way.

I love this shelf and would’ve given it five stars, it is the second one I have purchased from Sam’s. The delivery was terrible. The box had been opened and re-taped. Obviously someone had purchased and returned it, because several of the parts were out of their plastic sleeves, and all of the zip ties had already been cut. The box broke open when it was placed on my front porch and pieces fell out.

I have an older version of this rack that's held up great so I bought another. Rust, probably due to poor plating on all the shelves in the same general area. Very disappointed. By the time I started assembly and noticed I decided I was too far along to try to repack everything and return it plus I would have had to get a second person to get it back in the truck.

This rack is super sturdy and the casters make it really great for garage storage. Didn't know that there were plastic inserts included for the shelves (so things don't slip through). What a nice surprise! We've generally put plywood down on other ones. Was great to set it up and load it up... Would highly recommend this unit! But don't buy them all, we may need a few more ;-)

This is an incredible value! The quality is excellent and it was super easy to put together. I bought one and then ended up buying 4 more for a church food pantry that we work with. Someone at church put one together for me and was so impressed he bought himself one!
