Sturdy shelving units that were easy to put together. Love that you can adjust the shelf heights. We purchased three for our garage. I love that they have wheels—makes them easy to move and clean behind. We saw them in store, but ordered online and had them delivered since they were heavy and we didn’t have a vehicle suitable for transport. Excellent buy!

These 6-tier shelves are GREAT, but DO NOT order them online and have them shipped to you. I did three times and every time I got a damaged unit (smashed so badly that the poles wouldn't fit through the holes at the corners of the shelves, casters that were bent and would no longer swivel, etc.) and 2 of the 3 were missing parts because the cheap brown shipping boxes arrived with gaping holes at both ends. I have many identical units that I purchased at Sam's Club and the heavier full-color boxes available in the store are always in great condition (no damage inside and no missing parts).

First of all its a great shelving product. I bought it for use in shelving groceries that I buy in bulk from Sam's. It serves this purpose very well especially with case boxes. I also do canning and am finding i have found a way for the two to live in harmony side by side literally. The only issue i had was with the instructions. The instructions are more set to making 2 shelving stands instead of what the picture and intial purchase is all about the 6 tier shelving. Let's not forgot to put the instructions in there for those that do not want 2 separate shelving systems. Other than that great product.

I needed something study but movable for all my craft supplies. The large casters more easily on my carpeting but can be locked in place. The solid shelf liners are excellent to keep smaller objects from either getting caught on the wiring or dropping through. I am a 78 year old female but I was able to assemble it without any help from others.

I needed shelves to organize my storage room, so I purchased two sets and they worked perfectly. I didn't use the casters because I was putting them on carpet. I had no problem putting the shelves together other than measuring to be sure all the shelves were even on both sets. Since I didn't have a rubber mallet, I improvised by using a regular hammer and an oven mitt. Worked just fine!

Very sturdy and great capacity. I did not use the wheels but the leveling feet it was very easy to adjust and make stable. Assembly was a challenge for one person, too many parts. A measuring tape was helpful to get the shelves level. Have a plan as to what you want to store on each shelf; they are difficult to move once the unit is assembled. Highly Recommend!

We purchased this because we had seen them in the store before. They appeared to be very sturdy. They definitely are! The wheels are a plus too. Be aware that this item is heavy and you may need help getting it into your location. It is not difficult to assemble but I do suggest having another person to assist.

Arrived damaged, appears that someone dropped it on the edge and some of the holes were no longer circular. I contacted customer service and was told i did not have to return it, and another one would be shipped. Next I received an email indicating I had to return it. Assuming my customer service rep was correct, I ignored the email. Now, I'm being told that he was wrong. I do have to return it. It's half put together (3 shelves were okay), and the box has been thrown away. It is too heavy to pick up, but thankfully Sam's Club will have a shipper to pick it up as it is (no box, half put together) for return. I guess it could have been worse.

We use these shelf units to store conservation-grade boxes of historic textiles. The shelves are easy to assemble, strong and sturdy, and the casters are high quality. The units hold considerable weight (textiles can be VERY heavy) and can be moved easily by one person. We have searched extensively and found that, for both quality and price, these units are the best buy on the market ...And that's important for a non-profit institution with a tight budget. Highly recommended.

I have purchased 6 of these racks. I use them everyday, and move them around a lot! The rack itself has held up very well. And after I built the first one (Which took almost an hour), I now can assemble one in less than half an hour. Now for the bad news. The wheels have bent internally, and are literally "falling off!" They have created an added liability, and I am forced to replace them with a more stable caster. This has increased the overall cost, not mention the time and work to remove/replace them. However, it's still less expensive than what an equivalent rack would cost that would have come equipped with such casters. And adjustable shelving, with the plastic adjusters, can have a short life span. Especially if they move or are moved. I would say that this rack is perfect if you're not going to move it. If you plan on moving them around, shop for caster to put on during assembly to save time, and problems, in the future. My recommendation is to STAY CLEAR of caster that have a screw type assembly, such as those that come with the unit. Use one that encases the entire stem of the shelf. I'm using a Krowne Metal 28-151S.
