I have been using TurboTax since it was first released under ChipSoft. It has done nothing but improve since Intuit purchased it.

The representative was very helpful in getting Turbo Tax downloaded. From that point on it was easy to use.

Each year, under the guise of "simpler" it gets clunkier. Importing is not very inclusive. Pension information is difficult to update.

First, it is almost impossible to get a desktop version. Fix that. Second, you failed me by not allowing me to import Coinbase info.

Download product has changed this year. Print and save are useless. I've used TurboTax for over 20 years and this will b my last.
