Using Turbo Tax for many years now. Has always worked well for me. Simple to follow and have never had any issues to date.

Can not import 1099 -div, 1099- B and 1099 -int from e- trade, vanguard, or any other financial institute

First, it is almost impossible to get a desktop version. Fix that. Second, you failed me by not allowing me to import Coinbase info.

I was disappointed that I could not use the direct download feature for my 1099 div and int's like in the past .

A very good program. Version in Win 11 is some what confusing. I have used Turbo Tax for more than 15 years.

For some reason I had to purchase Premier in order to import my investment info. I didnt have to do that last year. The upgrade was pricey.

I've been using TurboTax for many years. This year the updating of software left much to be desired. When doing the update it constantly failed.

The Last person i talked to was great and she left notes of my pr. oblem I give her 5 stars. I talked to others and got disconected

Difficult interface with download - I had to fill out returns multiple times as I kept getting kicked out.
