lack of knowledge about forms and delay by weeks of having updated forms on turbo tax specifically 4562 form

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and love it. If I need to talk to an associate, they are very helpful and patient.

IT DID NOT SEEM TO BE COMPATiBLE WITH APPLE. I had a hard tine saving it in Apple. I had a hard time searching for the documents.

Can not import 1099 -div, 1099- B and 1099 -int from e- trade, vanguard, or any other financial institute

As I'm getting older, always a little nervous doing my own taxes. But besides getting all the numbers together, turbo tax made it easy again.

Turbo don't walk me through all the process. I chose Walk me thru the process but it skip them all.

I was unable to get the desktop version of TurboTax to download my financial information from any financial institution.

TurboTax is relatively easy to use as it guides you step by step through the process of doing your taxes. I have used it for many years.
