Turbo Tax generates errors and expects the customer to fix the errors. I had to enter my name, street address, state, and zip 6 different times

Good experience, but lots of sheets to go through. Sometimes going backwards seemed a bit clunky. This review form is a bit cheesy though

Aggressive marketing all throughout the process, and then hounding me about the online version on top drops your score from 5 to 2. Stop it.
