I've been using turbo tax for over 30 years - great product and easy to use. I'd recommend it for both experts and novice alike.

This is my preferred tool to fill out the return each year. Great product which makes navigating tax returns much easier than it would be without.

I found it impossible to locate a phone number to call with an easy question and was unable to post question in the Community

I did not like that TurboTax removed ItsDeductible feature and also that for a penalty it did not gave me any explonation.

I have used TurboTax for many years and find it mostly easy to use. There are a few things which could be improved.

Turbo Tax was unable to import my 1099s from Morgan Stanley eTrade. I verified my credentials were correct but it would not work.

COULD NOT GO TO INPUTS I WANTED TO INSERT DIRECT. SUCH AS PENSIONS, FUTURES LOSSES, RENTAL INCOME, ETC.

State tax return did not automatically update from standard to itemized deductions even though itemizing on federal return. Had to manually update

Not happy with Turbo Tax. Program was designed to need answers to questions and support was an upcharge.
