I've used TurboTax for many years, and this is the worst experience. Foreign tax credit, dividend capture were both problematic.

The interface seems to work. I was able to combine the 2024 online return info with my 2025 desktop return and that really helped.

I really like using Turbo Tax Premier because it meets my tax reporting requirements and is easy to use.

Quit trying to upsell me every time I open the Turbo Tax website and stop sending me emails asking me to use the online method to file my taxes.

TurboTax gets worse every year. This year the user experience is so horrible that I'm never buying it again.

Was not as easy as in past years. It should tell you at the beginning not to enter zeros in line items just to leave them blank.

Had issues with State not accepting a 6 digit ID number on W2s and WG forms. Had to go back to federal and edit several times.

Tired of all the extra attempts to get me on line with the AI junk.. Also tired of other sales pitches.

Not a good experience this year. Change is not always better. Difficult to find answers. Hard to resolve some tax issues with RMD.

Easy to use, Intuitive, and straightforward. When I have questions, the tool provides access to information that helps me understand and answer them.
