The search process is totally useless. It should take you to the actual form/entry for the question as well as an explanation.

K-1 and K-3 should be downloadable and applied automatically, currently it is not supporting this feature,

Turbo Tax generates errors and expects the customer to fix the errors. I had to enter my name, street address, state, and zip 6 different times

The program is accurate and the step by step interface is generally easy to follow. The AI support is a 2 of 5 as helpful.

Way Too much advertising to buy additional services. Need better explanations on some of the more complicated terms and forms
