So much hidden fees!!! By the time I finished all the work BY MYSELF and realize it costs almost the same if I go to a accountant! I purchased Premier for myself and Deluxe for my parents. I literally cannot tell the difference!!!!

I have been using for 25 plus years. I have given you input to no avail. This time your product will not let me efile the state with little explanation. Can't fix it. I'm done wit TurboTax.

Great experience! I would only recommend to have AI helping you for specific questions that not necessarily require assistance from a certified accountant.

Program did not load after the latest TurboTax 2025 update. Shut down PC and restart only partially solved the problem. A repeat click on TT icon in Windows eventually were needed after the shut down and restart.

Washington State residents do not have state taxes, only for those eligible for some Families of which I am not eligible . Due to this glitch, even if I don't need a state filing, I can not E-file my return

Do I get charged $40 every time that I try and e-file my income tax. MY AGI was incorrect and now there is another problem. This will be the third time that I tried to e-file and i am worried that I will be charged $120 for three attempts to e-file

A lot of bugs and issues this year with the software. I've been using TurboTax for about three decades and this is the first time I've thought about using anything else. A little more quality control next year would be very helpful.

Overall Turbotax was great the only problem I had the form for the 1099B waschanged I could not figure it out >had to call to talk to one of your tax experts her name is Liz we had to do a screen share Liz was able to walk me through the form.

As a retiree my return is not overly complicated except for investment data. Downloading directly from the financial management company made quick work of my return.

TURBO TAX TRIES TO MAKE TAXES AS COMPLICATED AS POSSIBLE. HOW MANY WORKSHEETS DO YOU HAVE TO PREPARE???? MOST OF THEM ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT NECESSARY. THEY ONLY SUPPORT YOUR AGENDA TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE TAXES CAN NO LONGER BE DONE WITHOUT YOUR SOFTWARE.
