So much hidden fees!!! By the time I finished all the work BY MYSELF and realize it costs almost the same if I go to a accountant! I purchased Premier for myself and Deluxe for my parents. I literally cannot tell the difference!!!!

Another excellent experience with TurboTax Premier. Have been using TurboTax for over 20 years. Saves a great deal of time, cost, and aggravation vs IRS Pubs, Instructions, Forms, etc.

Washington State residents do not have state taxes, only for those eligible for some Families of which I am not eligible . Due to this glitch, even if I don't need a state filing, I can not E-file my return

The interface was very awkward this year. Felt like I was being pressured to use online when it clearly won't do the job and opens up a high risk of data being stolen.

It was helpful and was easy to use. I do not like filling out this survey. It should be voluntary and I would have been glad to do it, but you are forcing me to fill this out.

Need to be better at informing customers of updates on features availability. Looking to use rental features stated available February, had to dig to find out was not till end of February.

As a retiree my return is not overly complicated except for investment data. Downloading directly from the financial management company made quick work of my return.

Turbotax is probably the best tax prep software out there, but it does not relieve them of their culpability in lobbying US Government officials to prevent the use of automated tax filing software developed by universities in the 1980s.

Turbo tax is too complicated, getting very expensive versus competition, some entries are redundant. Downloads fro banks and brokerage slow or incorrectly applied to return.
