I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years now. They cover "all the bases" during the preparation process. Furthermore, they check for 100% accuracy and provide "Audit Defense".

Dropping support for all Windows 10 users was outrageous! I had to purchase a Windows 11 laptop just to install and use Turbotax 2025. You used to have a great product! Please STOP making it worse!

I had a lot of trouble reading the small print, and navigating was trickier than it needed to be. I like the fact that it picked up info from last year's return.

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years and always had good experiences. I use the step by step prompting to make sure all of my concerns are covered. The computations on my returns are always accurate.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years as always its accurate user friendly and this year they have made it even more efficient and easy. I tried other tax programs and went right back to Turbo Tax

sometimes finding the space to put information is a problem. The cursor has to hit the exact spot before a open blank space to put the information will appear

I HATE the newer format for entering investment income (since last year). The old version allowed me to see a nice summary of all entered information that could be easily edited. This version is way too confusing and difficult to navigate.

Great experience once again with Turbo Tax - had a very minor filing issue that was quickly and expertly resolved by Deandre. Have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so in the future.

Turbo Tax is getting better but we continue to have issues, year after year with the Schedule K1. Perhaps ours is unique but we typcially receive errors and spend countless hours on resolving issues with this form

Upfront cover while buying says Fed & 1 State Free. However, towards the end for just one State e-file it took $45 extra. This is misleadingly manipultive. Not acceptable though!
