TurboTax could not import my tax documents from Wells Fargo Advisors. This made taxes extremely difficult to file this year. I have used turbotax for close to 15 years, but I will find another solution next year.

Great product. Perhaps add a prompt to option on applying refund to estimated tax for following year. It's an easy search in the help screen but should probably be a radio button option.

the new tax forms and entries was very difficult to do. better clarification is really needed on all areas. Why are forms so much more harder to process? Am not happy at all also took a long extra time to accomplish

Didn't like the $40 processing fee. It was way too much for just this service. Please include it with the turbo tax program. and don't just add that to the program. Keep it inexpensive for lower income people.

I couldn't electronically file my state return because the form that takes the information for the credit card will not fit on my laptop's screen, so I cannot provide all of the information necessary for one to use a credit card to pay the $20.

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have great luck with it. I just wish that they would stop trying to push their on-line version. it is very annoying!!

FEDERAL WAS NOT AS EASY AS LAST YEAR. YOUR HANDLING OF MISSOURI NR WAS MUCH BETTER. CHARGING $25 TO FILE STATE RETURNS ELECTRONICALLY WAS OUTRAGEOUS! I'LL FILE BY MAIL NEXT YEAR IF YOU CONTINUE TO CHARGE $25 PER STATE TO E FILE.

You don't make it easy to print out State returns for mailing. I have the same issue year after year. I think you do this purposey so users get frustrated and pay the fee for efile

Easy but some areas were not user friendly. difficult if your bank is not linked to Turbo Tax. There is no easy explanation on what to do. Takes too much trial and error.

Turbo tax is a good product but I resent the hidden fees that you always add! I will never use your product again because of this! I have used your products for over 15 years but NO MORE YOU CROOKS!!!
