TURBO TAX TRIES TO MAKE TAXES AS COMPLICATED AS POSSIBLE. HOW MANY WORKSHEETS DO YOU HAVE TO PREPARE???? MOST OF THEM ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT NECESSARY. THEY ONLY SUPPORT YOUR AGENDA TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE TAXES CAN NO LONGER BE DONE WITHOUT YOUR SOFTWARE.

This year's TurboTax interface was the most confusing I've ever seen. I do not like the way options / choices are presented. It took me longer to sort through the individual icons than selecting my option using plain English language.

The software just wants me to buy your audit services which no one needs. Why must you ask me over and over and over again to buy something I DO NOT NEED????

much better import process from my financial institutions then last year. Still the same issue with foreign tax deduction when some is from mutual funds and some is from RIC

Fantastic product. Software download completed with ease. Software installation was simple and quick. Software usage was a pleasant experience. Thank you for creating such a user friendly product.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and noticed the changes to the format and questions asked. I prefer the older versions much more. The process is still smooth, but the new layout and approach is not as good.

Using the search tool did not work when you clicked it. it did not give you a place to start the search. Always reverted back to last search and you could not get out of it to start I new search. AI in Turbo Tax search sucks.

I have used TurboTax for several years and highly recommend it to file taxes. It is reasonably priced and easy to use. I have never had a problem with using TurboTax.

I've been a faithful customer since the early '90's. I did run into couple of software loops toward the end. Not normal, I switched IOS 26, SINCE MICROSOFT booted us off of '10.
