TurboTax could not import my tax documents from Wells Fargo Advisors. This made taxes extremely difficult to file this year. I have used turbotax for close to 15 years, but I will find another solution next year.

the place to enter room and board charges for my student son was added very late (maybe march 1sst week) in 2025 Turbo Tax. Need to have these basic things in Turbo Tax right from fist release of the software.

Terrible. I have used TurboTax for over 20 years. I have Windows 11 installed and still have problems getting TurboTax to update. Spent excessive amount of time with these known technical problems. Never again!

I feel like the product is getting more difficult to navigate, I have also seen the online product and it is a disaster to navigate. have to search to things and then they disappear when you have additional information to enter.

The search and help functions are completely useless. You cannot search for topics, you only get the stupid AI assistant that provides minimal options and information. Been using for years but this will be my last year using TT.

I had a lot of trouble reading the small print, and navigating was trickier than it needed to be. I like the fact that it picked up info from last year's return.

I HATE the newer format for entering investment income (since last year). The old version allowed me to see a nice summary of all entered information that could be easily edited. This version is way too confusing and difficult to navigate.

Great experience once again with Turbo Tax - had a very minor filing issue that was quickly and expertly resolved by Deandre. Have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so in the future.

Too many ads to upgrade. Once is sufficient! Why did you change the charity donations? Very inconvenient! Cost extra time to add up! Heading to TAXACT next year!
