Turbo tax takes the pain out of preparing and filing the tax forms. It has an easy to use interface and automatically fills out the forms. Excellent product.

Not as good as previous years. My financial institution provides a combined 1099. This year Turbo Tax did not parse or separate out 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, or 1099-B. It only saw the first 1099. I had to manually enter the remaining 1099s.

Accuracy was good for federal and state forms. Compatibility and features were excellent. The interface was clunky and very difficult to navigate or return to areas that have already been addressed. Didn't use support.

Form 1116 It would be helpful if the amount of the dividends for foreign tax paid would be in front of determining the countries. With more than one 1099 it's not possible to figure out which one is being worked on.

Bad Error in Form 8949. I REMOVED THE ENTRY INDICATING 8949 DATA would JUST BE SUMMARIZED. Unfortunately, the system put it back in, thereby doubling the CAPITAL GAINS from Fidelity. BAD. REALLY BAD.

Very disappointed with the new processing fee. Bad decision to make when all your customers are struggling to make ends meet. I have used Turbo Tax for 20 plus years but now I may look at other products.

Late program updates and could not import any documents. The only reason I purchased Premier was the brokerage import capabilities. After years of using TurboTax this was the single worst experience I have had.

I am a bit disappointed with this year's product for missing It'sDeductible and Credit Card Payment Pop-up screen user interface defect where Expiration month for October, November and December options cannot be selected.

I have not needed to leverage tax experts as your TurboTax product prompts for all the details. I do ensure I enter all the required information with accuracy and multiple reviews before filing. TurboTax is a ROCK SOLID product and I love it.
