TurboTax gets the job done ok, but the interface is somewhat cryptic compared to the tax filing forms, and the whole thin ispretty expensive. Especially for filing state taxes. I really don't recommend.

KY state tax never asked for my estimated tax payments for 2025. After many times going through the "Guide Me", I finally went to the forms to find where to enter the data.

Much more difficult to use this year. Hard to correct mistakes, access sections, etc. Updated on my system and 2 hrs later I had to go back and update again to file Federal. This was nerve-racking.

I had two W2s one for my supplementary pension. TurboTax Premier didn't/couldn't help with proper entry of this additional W2 into my return. Even if it knows how to do this, it did not prompt me appropriately and kept showing me errors.

program does not transfer ira conversion to roth correctly in the AL state tax forms. I had to google how to fix and manually adjust the state return.

It was difficult to go back and edit a previously entered document in the step by step. It was necessary to go to the specific form to check entries or to make any changes.

The program is great, however I took 2 points off because of the $40 efile scam at the end, with no forewarning or obvious way to opt out. Not happy with you!

You have the best product out there for my taxes. I love the option to select my own category or start out with your step by step process. Keep it up!
