LOVE YOUR "WALK THROUGH ALL SECTIONS". INTERFACE WITH TAX EXPERT WAS OUTSTANDING! WELL WORTH THE EXTRA CONFIDENCE. I'VE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND ALWAYS VERY PLEASED.

In general, the product is well structured and easy to use. My only complaint is that it continues to bother me about filing state income tax returns for my state of Washington which has no state income tax.

The program tries to make my AT&T pension (handled by Fidelity) into a personal saved retirement like Roth. It was VERY hard to find ways to prevent this. Last year (2024 Taxes) I gave up and Turbo Tax put my income on lines in an unfamilliar way.

Communicated with about three first level support person, two second levels, and a tax expert, who was unable to solve my problem. Finally, a support person (? level) named Todd, who solved my problem in less that five minutes.

Everything went well until I tried to add 2 1099-R forms and it wasn't apparent where the problem was. I called your very good customer service and eventually all was figured out with the assistance of your Tech Jerri (sp?)

It is easy to use and my CPA uses it to prepare returns. I have a uncomplicated return with straight forward forms and only wages and investment income.

Using the search tool did not work when you clicked it. it did not give you a place to start the search. Always reverted back to last search and you could not get out of it to start I new search. AI in Turbo Tax search sucks.

Took me over 9 hours to figure out a solution to a missed RMD for an inherited IRA. One of the "Experts" hung up on me. This is my final year with Turbotax.
