Turbo Tax did not account for the state of Georgia's cap on SALT deductions. This failure has yielded an underpayment of my GA state income tax payment.

Another great year of getting my taxes done with TurboTax. It went very smooth, had no problem at all, Thank You TurboTax for another year of confidence and help. I have been using TurboTax for 20 years.

I used the desktop version. What a mistake. It was horribly slow. An update took over 30 minutes. I thought I was back in the 1990s. Why even offer a desktop version?

In general, descriptions of new tax laws were fine. I didn't have the confidence in some of my responses to questions that I usually had. I don't know if this is that some of the new laws are more complicated or not.

TurboTax is hard to use, and software support is clueless. A simple credit card entry problem could not be fixed. Makes you wonder what other problems are in the program.

This year lacked some of the flexibility of previous years. It was not possible to specify the amount of my state refund from the return to pay 2026 estimated taxes. This was disappointing.

I spent hours this year working with the desktop version despite my many years of experience with this product. Highly likely I will change applications for 2026 due to the multiple difficulties I experienced.

TurboTax is an amazing service, nevertheless, some of the tax experts would be able to answer questions more completely if they had more resources at their ringertips.

There is no line item in the NYS tax return to add back contributions to NYS ERS. It's reported on Form W-2, box 12e, but it's not linking to the proper line in the NYS tax return. I have to add it back in Line 22-Other.
