I have used the product for years. I have a CPA so just use it to fill in the appropriate forms rather than for advice. Product is always easy to use and easy to understand.

Everything was fairly straight forward. There was a few things that I had to look up and figure out what they meant. Overall TurboTax was good and I plan to use it next year. I have used TurboTax for many years and I like the program.

Some features are inaccurate. Washington does not require a state tax return, so why does TurboTax ask users to purchase Washington state software without notifying them beforehand? This feels misleading and results in a waste of money.

Everything went well as expected except during the e-filing step. After applying an upgrade to my TurboTax, the problem was gone! Nice job overall and I have been a long time TurboTax user....

Import from Schwab a nightmare. Would upload but no data. Bad bug! Eventually worked ater cycling software. but wasted a lot of time. Software pulled in k1 from ira you never file. Another bug.

I have had a problem 2 years in a row with the software and my foreign tax credits. I have spent too much time going back in to fix the problem. The constant selling at almost every click is very distracting.

Rental Property Real Estate sales all screwed up. Was on the phone with Turbotax for 3 hours and they agreed the program is buggy, missing forms and calculating incorrectly this year.

It is easy to use and my CPA uses it to prepare returns. I have a uncomplicated return with straight forward forms and only wages and investment income.

EVERYTHING WAS HARD TO WORK WITH. I HAD TO GO OVER IT MANY TIMES . ENDED UP MAILING MY NJ TAX BECAUSE THE FILING WAS SO COMPLICATED. I ALWAYS USED TURBO TAX BEFORE AND IT WAS NEVER THIS HARD.

LOVE YOUR "WALK THROUGH ALL SECTIONS". INTERFACE WITH TAX EXPERT WAS OUTSTANDING! WELL WORTH THE EXTRA CONFIDENCE. I'VE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND ALWAYS VERY PLEASED.
