I use Turbo Tax every year to do my taxes. Throughout the years I have had the need to use the Premier and Home & Business versions and they are easy to use. The instructions are clear and additional resources are readily available.

I couldn't do my taxes without Turbo Tax. However, when filling out Form 1099-NEC, it wouldn't let me put in the same state for state tax withheld and state tax income. I had to edit the actual 1099-NEC form so that I could continue.

interface between federal and state has serious breakdowns, data that had been entered in ferderal forms had to be reentered for state. Was not necessary last year.

system was not help me back where i made mistake so frustrated, it should be easy to use and clear navigator, i thought it was easy for doing by navigator system

Accuracy was good for federal and state forms. Compatibility and features were excellent. The interface was clunky and very difficult to navigate or return to areas that have already been addressed. Didn't use support.

your program choice for screen clarity for color blind individual is horendis. fix it please. I have spent hoours trying to see the verbage because of the lack of contrast on some screens. it is awful for anyone with collor perception issues.

Turbotax has issues to download data from finalcial instiutions. it did not work initially then after few weeks it worked then could not press accept button when connected so again had to hand type.

This is the best way to do your taxes. All you need to do is answer simple questions and input numbers. Not sure why I didn't do this sooner. Had one small problem with a form, called support and they had me all fixed up in minutes.

I enjoy the interface and support with the product. The accuracy when adding numbers to forms is nice. The compatibility with both MAC and Microsoft is good no matter what OS you used to create the tax return.

Great experience! I would only recommend to have AI helping you for specific questions that not necessarily require assistance from a certified accountant.
