Turbotax is just a great tool that allows me to handle my taxes on my own. It speeds the process and assures me the accuracy I am looking for. It just makes the process of filing taxes stress free.

I love Turbo Tax but this time, the download was a little squirrelly. Kept saying there was an error and kept opening to this error. Had to open each time by the file, rather than the icon.

TurboTax make it possible for me to do my tax by myself. I can usually finish in one day after correcting documents. Thank you TurboTax for make it easy for me.

Agent helped me with a problem retrieving tax data from one of my financial institutions. She was very helpful and identified the problem, which was on the side of the financial institution, not TurboTax.

After each step, turbo tax should have an option to go back and edit the form again. For example, after I enter the wrong w2 form, I could not go back and edit that form again.

Love Turbo Tax. Been using it for 20+ years. VERY disappointed that Quick Books discontinued their Desktop product. I cannot depend upon my internet to be available when I need it. I therefore no longer use Quick Books.

I could not get my 2024 return to populate in my 2025 return. I had to manually input everything. I called for support and the representative was not able to help me.

Some of the "glitches" from last year have been improved upon, and some of it seemed easier to enter, however a few places with the large boxes to select did not seem as streamlined as before.

Import of broker info lead to double counting of my capital gains leading to a huge false increase in taxable income and tax liability. Could not correct so had to do over again without the broker import. Huge hassle!!!!!

There was some kind of problem during the filing process when I was asked to input my email address. I was transferred to forms and then when I returned to filing, I was dropped into the first filing screen.
