For the first time ever, I could not fix an error. It was on the Loss Carryforward Worksheet for an item that had been in my tax return for at least 6 years. Why this year? The tax assistant tried very hard and advised me to mail the return.

I always gave TT 5 Stars but this tax year (2025), they got too cutesy. I had to re-read many sections to understand what information was required. I liked the previous editions. Will still use TT.

Could not get Audit Defense Payment screen to accept a credit card expiration date higher than 08. My card was 09. I re-checked all my information 4 times. I had to use a different credit card

Turbo Tax makes it so easy for me to file my taxes from home. Federal and two state tax filings. No issues whatsoever. I continue to use Turbo Tax for these reasons - convenient, easy, accurate, and comprehensive.

The help section is pretty useless. I find the constant attempt to upsell annoying. navigation through software is cumbersome. would prefer to use iPad for this software

Wasn't sure how TurboTax was going to work with inherited IRAs, inherited annuities, and inherited brokerage accounts. It wasn't painful at all...in fact much simpler than I anticipated.

You are ripping me off. I paid for premium version of software, and end up paying extra $100. I had to pay for two states and there was fees to file even after I bought two state forms from you.

Not as good as previous years. My financial institution provides a combined 1099. This year Turbo Tax did not parse or separate out 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, or 1099-B. It only saw the first 1099. I had to manually enter the remaining 1099s.

Rental Property Real Estate sales all screwed up. Was on the phone with Turbotax for 3 hours and they agreed the program is buggy, missing forms and calculating incorrectly this year.

I thought I was getting free federal and state efile with the purchase of the turbo tax premier then I got it at the end with a fee from turbo tax. I feel ripped off. Also, some of the wording in the questions are very confusing.
