I have used Turbo Tax for about 30 years. this year the upgrades took too long after 45 minutes I just cancelled them and completed Turbo Tax without them.

It is too hard to get help and technical support does not exist. Documentation on how toos should exist and be easy to find for items like how to create mfs and convert to mfj.

The TurboTax desktop product is great. I can view forms to ensure everything looks right. Your online product is really bad - no obvious way to look at forms while doing taxes.

Yes it takes time to process your taxes using Turbo Tax but it also saves you much more money if you choose a local tax prepation compny. The program covers everything step by step in easy to understand language. Great Product for the money !!!

There is no direct support, phone or chat, that I was able to find. I was unable to report a major failure in the software and I had to work around it with considerable time and effort.

Relatively easy to use, although I had a little difficulty getting started. The online chat was very helpful and walked me through the process of getting access to the online system.

The program is great, however I took 2 points off because of the $40 efile scam at the end, with no forewarning or obvious way to opt out. Not happy with you!

Have been using Turbotax for years and this Deluxe Premier was the worst. hard to edit or delete some fields, printing was not straightforward - ended up in a loop. Never hd these problems before.

Overall, it was easy to complete and eFile the federal and state tax returns. Consider improvement to 1099-K filing to avoid PTC capital gain being reported twice (from Section 1265 to Schedule D and 1099-B to Form 8949)
