Entry of data is quick and easy. However, if review shows error it is very difficult to correct. It says where error is and what needs to be done but you can't just click and go there to make correction.

I file a Virginia income tax return which includes K-1's. I submit the information for the same entity year after year. Unfortunately, Turbo Tax doesn't save the information, so I have to input again each year. What a pain!

Many years ago I used to do my tax returns by hand. Now that I am retired and have more investments (1099 forms), I cannot imagine doing my taxes without TurboTax.

I could not easily ask a question this year I needed help with entering and importing info from a 1099b,div etc eventually solved my issue myself but with less confidence than i have had with a download

I have been using for 25 plus years. I have given you input to no avail. This time your product will not let me efile the state with little explanation. Can't fix it. I'm done wit TurboTax.

Interface for income items is getting too glitzy (more pictures, less words).Go back to 2024 version. Deductions and Credits should allow you to visit consecutively not go back to the top when you finish an item.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and find it excellent for doing my taxes. I want to be able to download Turbo tax on my computer. I do not want to do my taxes online and do not want my tax information stored in the cloud.

It's easy to use and downloading information directly gives me confidence in the accuracy of my return. The step by step format comparing results to prior year helps me make sure everything is complete and correct.

Good experience and information at finger tips. Filing both federal and state becomes an easy task. Downloads from brokerage firms is wonderful ad a real time saver.

You don't ask for a government pin before filing. Then you file and the return gets rejected. Then for a non teck type it is a nightmare trying to add it to Turbotax. Why?
