Second year in a row that e-filing failed for me. Process of compiling 1040 is seamless, the process of electronic filing has significant problems. Do not have enough time to trouble shoot this problem. I will not be using Turbo Tax next year.

I was unable to transfer my last years tax forms to TubroTax because it was saved as a PDF. The software said it transferred but no data was transferred. Can you make it so I and others can save as a tax, or whatever form transfers?

Mostly easy to use. I only had one minor issue -- I tried to switch to the online product from the download version and had a minor problem, so I used the download version.

Appreciate the ease of downloading investment information. TT could do better job of filling in income and dividend information into the appropriate boxes.

It got more difficult to use. I got several moments to search internet to know what I need to enter. descriptions are not intuitive enough. explanations should come with real-life word and then for the experts.

Hate the new format that you have changed to. Program automatically tries to suggest we have a Canadian Pension. You costs for incremental states is crazy expensive.

Using Desktop version was relatively easy to use. Been using for over 15-20 years. Tried using the online version as suggested by app but had too many problems with how it worked. Was unable to continue, so went back to doing it on desktop.

Piece of crap. Built on outdated code. Takes 10 minutes+ to boot. I had to uninstall and reinstall several times. The login requirement made the product 10x worse.

i can't print just state.... then made a mistake and couldn't efile state...it stinks... bad bad .. i am so frustrated i make one change on state and all of sudden it is a mended when i haven't even filed it..

I had some issues with out IP Pin # that I did NOT know I needed . and also I made a an incorrect data entry regarding 2024 AGI. Both cleared up finally.
