Did not care for the new format this year. Background color was black and I had hard time seeing the text. I've using TurboTax and Quicken for 36+ years.

TurboTax has, year after year, been my tax preparation software of choice. It's been accurate, easy-to-use and great in helping me identify bigger tax refunds.

I filed electronically and return was rejected. The program wouldn't allow me to change anything, it kept giving a pop-up that some previous action wasn't completed correctly. Thankfully I could still printout the return and file in paper form.

Great product. I have used for many years. The import of brokerage tax forms is a huge timesaver! Easy to use interface with great accuracy of forms with no glitches

Talking with a specialist was very helpful. The chat/AI help was terrible and did not respond to my questions in any meaningful way. I finally had to call a specialist whom I was able to speak with after an approximately 15 minutes on hold.

Do I get charged $40 every time that I try and e-file my income tax. MY AGI was incorrect and now there is another problem. This will be the third time that I tried to e-file and i am worried that I will be charged $120 for three attempts to e-file

1. It would be nice if you defined modified adjusted gross income. 2. Your constant prodding for add-ons is annoying. 3. I need a form 2210 to complete my taxes, but it is not ready.

I had to buy new computer to run this unfriendly program on windows 11. I have used the program for well over 10 years and this will be the last year.

The constant push to get me to use the online version was annoying. I started there but found it lacked many of the features of the desktop version, such as being able to go to any form you like.

Turbotax was noticeably worse this year with more emphasis on UPSELLING tax advisory services making me think the poorer experience this year was designed to support the UPSELL.
