Have used this for years. The built in features that prompt you what kinds of inputs belong in the forms, and examples makes this a confident filing tool.

It would be nice if the download would tell you that it is still downloading with an hour class or something. The time to load it up says 2 minutes, but takes at least 15.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Every year it feels like I am being browbeaten to accept add on probuct I don't need or want. It is very tiresome. I am goint to start looking now to find a product to use instead of Turbo Tax next year.

Was not clear on the downloading instructions that VPN must be disconnected. Wasted a lot of time and a call to TurboTax to figure this out. Importing documents from our financial services broker was not well explained and way too complicated.

The UX for entering oinvestment income is still very very poorly done and needs improvement. I get two sets of 1099 composite forms (DIV, INT, etc.) and when I'm presented with items to review, I can't tell which account it's for!

Why is there NOT a Linux version of this for our PC? ? ? the moment you stop allowing a local PC download version of this I am gone. NO Online crap!

I have used for years. It is simple, straight forward, and complete. Once you have backup data, all you do is answer questions. It is especially wonderful when importing investment data.

You have a real problem with finalizing. I have already received my federal refund and my state does not have an income tax, but I received a text telling me I have not completed filing. What do I need to do???

multiple areas wouldn't work with what I was told should be fine. A local parent warned me in advance I might experience almost the exact problems. multiple people we know had the same problems with the same forms.

I enjoy the ease-of-use (been using TurboTax for many, many years) and the consistency the software year over year. My returns have been accurate every time.
